Pidge's door stayed shut. Nobody entered and no body left. It was always closed.

She didn't talk, eat, heck, nobody knew what she was doing. It was as if she didn't exist anymore. Hunk though, wanted to make sure she didn't starve so he left food by her door everyday, but she never ate it.

At least for the first week she never ate it. The rest of the team worried for her, expecially Shiro. But there was nothing they could do.

As far as they knew, nobody knew Pidge's code and she would never give it out. Shiro though, kept silent. He didn't know if he should tell them, or just leave her be.

---

One week. Pidge hadn't seen more light than the light that shown from under her door. Darkness, it helped her to remove any emotions.

One week. She hadn't spoken in a week. She rarely opened her mouth and that was so she could breath or drink. She hurt too much to talk.

One week. She hadn't actually had a dream in a week. It was just utter darkness that pulled her in until she woke.

One week. All of her previous projects stood still for she couldn't find the motivation to finish any of them.

One week of just wishing she would wake and find it all a dream.

One week of pure torture.

---

Pidge found herself in a black room. She couldn't see. It was too dark to see. She walked around to find anything or anyone, but had no avail. There was nothing, but the floor under neith her.

"Hello?" She called.

Nothing.

"Is anyone there?" She called louder.

Nothing.

An overwelming sensation of sadness washed over her.

"Anyone? I'm lost." Than Pidge noticed that the words flowed out of her as if she had no choice.

She hesitantly walked around with fear filling her chest. She didn't know why, it just happened.

"Please!" She begged. She than collapsed to her knees as she started to sob in her hands. Why did she feel this way? It wasn't like her.

She than felt a hand on her shoulder. She opened her eyes to see she was in a forest. A forest that extended farther than she could see.

She looked downwards and saw a lake, and in the lake she saw her reflection. She wasn't the eighteen year old she knew, she was a six to eight year old child. She was herself ten to twelve years ago. She than looked beside her reflection and saw someone standing right next to her.

It was a grown woman with black hair and grey eyes. She had a kind and reassuring smile on her soft white face.

"Dear, are you okay little missy." She said in a lower but calmer voice.

"N-no..." Pidge sobbed. "I l-lost my fa-family... T-They are g-gone..."

The older woman knelt down to her level and wiped away Pidge's tears and pulled her into a hug. "Sweetie. Let me help you."

Pidge could hear her heart beat as she rested her head on her chest. It was reassuring and comforting.

"I bring you back home."

Pidge woke up. It felt so real, so...

Bright.

Was it a dream, or a past memory? She had to know.
