Hello! Thanks to those who reads my book! But I'd really appreciate it if you could fill in a vote, or perhaps submit a comment! Chapters don't come out from nowhere - I have to think it through, write it and then sometimes revise it. So, I'd really really reeeaaalllyyy appreciate it if you could show me some support! >_<

Peering around the corner, I could see a dead end in my peripheral vision. Winding through corridors had always led me to the same place over and over again. I sighed, rubbing my temple with two fingers. I hated the disgusting smell of rotten fish lingering on every corner I came across.

"Tired already, girly?" As soon as the voice came, my elbow shot up to hit a strong, hard jaw bone. I'd thought I was alone in this never ending darkness, I hadn't bothered checking if I was being followed. I steered backwards, my back hitting a wall as two intense eyes gazed lazily into my soul.

"Zach," I breathed, barely able to say anything more. "What do you want?" My breath came out short as I watched him with tired eyes.

"I just want to play." Staring at him, my urge to run and flee was coming to its limit.

I took a step forward, pretending I was listening to him as I edged away. My fingers scrolled the wall behind me as I moved, marking the direction I was taking. A damp shirt met my fingers and I grimaced. There was some magic being played here—some illusion that kept me from getting to an exit. I'd placed the shirt the second time I came back here, to make sure if I did see it again, I'd know I've just went round in a circle.

Which didn't make sense. I had went the opposite direction to last time when I left that place for the second time.

I glared at him, my temper flickering inside my chest. "I'm lost, Zach. Please help me!" I tilted my head to the side to keep my innocent façade in check. There was some sort of reaction in him - he looked at me pitifully. He hesitated, as if he was contemplating whether to free me or not.

"Don't," he said in a harsh tone. "It's my duty to keep you locked in here."

So he was the reason I kept going round in circles. "That's mean," I pouted, letting my hair fall gracefully around my face. Zach was easy - he didn't care about personality in girls unless they were pretty and had a vulnerability he could toy with. "Surely you'll let a girl like me go by?"

His fingers clenched as if he was trying his hardest not to let his instincts to get to him. He was such a loser to fall in love just because of looks. I rolled my eyes as he was in deep thought, but quickly changed back to my previous position to keep him entranced.

"Maybe... if you promise to become mine."

My nose wrinkled at the thought of being his doll. I could try and run away when I went outside, to scrape past without him pulling strings. There wasn't any point in trying to get out myself if his magic stopped me from doing it.

Through gritted teeth, I nodded. "I promise." I gave him a sickly sweet smile. "I won't tell anyone," I whispered, leaning in to run my hands across his muscles. They weren't defined, in fact. I felt an urge to vomit when he fell for my trap easily.

"Illusion, transform to lead us the way!" He cried, leaning forward to my touch. My lips gave a flicker of a smile when the walls banged open, showing a furious Natsu on the other side. He watched me hold Zach closely, and growled.

Even Happy took the chance to give a glare. To be honest, it looked cute. "T-those are your friends?" Zach stuttered.

I watched, amused as a swirl of fire and purple fire mixed together. The wall opened even more to show Romeo, Wendy and Carla huddled together. Gray and a Juvia were also on Natsu's other side. But then the thought struck me. Natsu never had good aiming skills.

"You idiot!" I shouted between pants as I dived to the side, barely missing a surge of heat penetrating the air surface. Gray's ice came soon after, hitting Zach straight onto the head. Soon enough, when all the commotion stopped, my shirt was all tattered and broken.

"At least try to look at where you're firing!" I scolded when Natsu and Happy reached me. They didn't say anything to my words, but instead Natsu held me to his chest. "Na-Natsu...?" Tears welled up in my eyes when I realised I had missed his warmth so much.

"Lushee, you promised not to leave me!" Happy sobbed as I pulled him into my arms. Gray and Juvia were followed by Romeo, Wendy and Carla as they reached my side.

My gaze softened to all of them. "I won't. I won't ever leave you again," I reassured them all. I felt Natsu's body tighten against mine, and then a powerful, boiling heat pinch at my shoulder. Steam was pouring off it.

I gasped, pushing Natsu away and starting to scream. "Natsu! How could you!" I said with desperation, blowing wind to stop my shoulder from burning up. All those bathing products I've used to get my skin near transparent had gone to waste!

"I'm burning up!" I stumbled backwards when ice trapped me in my half-skip. My lips could no longer say a word.

"Now you're cooling down!" Clarified Gray. Oh, how badly I wanted to injure them all right then.

Juvia looked amazed, "Do that to me, Gray-Sama!" Slowly, the ice began to melt, and I was shuddering, teeth chattering and goose bumps ran across my skin like wildfire. It melted, and almost brought me along with it. I slid onto the floor, all tired.

"Sorry!" Natsu said joyfully. "I missed you so much I couldn't hold it in!"

Eyebrows raising up, I gave a big, shaky sigh. Wendy hurried to my side to heal my injuries, as well as asking loads of questions about where I was hurt. My gaze fell onto the fallen Zach - his grin still intact, though his eyes only beginning to show a sign of horror.

It was almost funny to see how much damage one could do if their family were split apart. Almost.
