EXTRA - Nalu

And because I know the last chapter was quite rushed, I've decided to make these 'Extra' chapters for each ship. These will take place when they are all grown up and are adults (maybe not Natsu's mental state, but his physical state) and have their little cute babies. Unfortunately there's not going to be thirty of them...

Nalu

Natsu was teaching Nashi how to make fried egg. He had cracked the egg open and gave a satisfied grin when the yolk trickled down into the sauce pan and coated its surface. Nashi stared in awe as the yellow colour reflected into her 2 year old pair of eyes.

"Papa, papa ~!" She yelled excitedly, jumping in her stool. A drool was visible on the side of her mouth as her dad proceeded to turn the hook. Except no fire came out. Just the strong scent of gas. "I don't like the smell, papa," said Nashi, scrunching up her nose.

"Don't worry, Nashi! Daddy knows how to make the best egg ever! Just watch and learn..." Nashi laughed as Happy swirled around the kitchen, and gave his signature 'Aye!'. Her brown eyes - a gene from her beautiful mother, Lucy - twinkled as she followed every movement of her dad's.

Aghast, the alarm in the kitchen started to ring. Natsu had set fire to the kitchen, and was struggling to blow it away. Running from upstairs alerted Nashi that her mother had woken up from her beauty sleep. Lucy, still in her nightgown, rushed to Nashi and picked her up, holding Nashi close to her chest.

"Look at Papa ~," giggled Nashi, finding the situation incredibly hilarious. She was used to it. Whenever Natsu cooked, the same sequence of events would happen.

"Gate of the water bearer, I open thee! Aquarius!" Said Lucy, flinging out her keys. Aquarius, her arms folded over her chest, grunted in annoyance and hurtled a large bucket of water onto the fire.

"Don't summon me in the morning - how many times do I have to tell you!" Aquarius scolded, but warmed when she caught sight of Nashi. "Aw, how cute!" She proceeded to squeeze Nashi's cheeks.

Lucy felt Natsu's arms snivel around her waist. "Oh, Natsu. What am I going to do with you?"

Natsu smiled, flashing his perfect teeth. Happy was being teased by Nashi as soon as Aquarius returned to the celestial world. His blue tail was now a long elastic band, being pulled to its limit. And its tip was Nashi's laughing face and her tightened, small hands.

Natsu looked at Lucy apologetically. "Sometimes I forget you're the adult in this family," said Lucy with an exasperated tone. Still, she had the same, bright smile on her face - the same when Natsu proposed to her. No matter what he did, she'd still love him. Even if they were in different universes, there would be some kind of magnetic pull that would bring them together.

Lucy looked back at Nashi, her daughter's salmon-pink hair a replica of her dad's. "We need another kitchen. And it's going to take at least three days to get it fixed. We have to go visit Gray -".

"Not droopy eye and Juvia!"

Lucy rolled her eyes, set her jaw - the stubbornness on her face like a tight mask on her features. "Did you expect me to not punish you?"

There was a pause. Lucy continued, "I love you and all, Natsu, but burning the kitchen 5 times this week is too extreme!"

Natsu's face looked like a fallen angel. Feeling bad for him, Lucy gave him a kiss on his cheek.

Natsu looked up at her hazel brown eyes and pouted. "Anything for you, princess. And I love you, too."

And this is a little insight to Natsu and Lucy when they're about 25 years old! Sorry for the really cliché and gross ending but I've already warned you! :)))))))))))
