Jin Pov

Saturday never felt so good. I snuggle into my blankets and hug my body pillow while breathing in my clean sheets smell.

Ah~

It's a little passed 12 pm and I don't plan on getting out of bed any time soon. Today, I am the Potato!

"I love you." I whisper to my sheets right when a loud knock sounds on my door making me jump. I instantly send daggers to my door and put a curse on the person that decided to wake me from my peaceful morning. I roll myself to the edge of the bed and clumsily drag my feet to the door. I open it and groan when a smiling Hoseok faces me.

"Were you still asleep? I messaged you that I was coming over." He explains and I rub my eyes.

"I haven't checked my phone yet." I yawn and let him inside. Closing the door, I walk back to my bed and face plant.

"You have an unread message from Namjoon."

"Pass it." I mumble into the sheets and feel the warm metal touch my finger tips. "Thanks."

N: My cousin will be here at 2 pm. Let's meet at Firepit and get some BBQ. My treat.

My mouth waters from the promise of free food and that's when I notice how empty my stomach is. "You and Namjoon seem to have gotten closer."

"Barely. He just wants me to meet his cousin." I respond and Hoseok twirls my hair around his finger.

"His cousin? That's so random." He states and I agree.

"Free food though."

"You have a point." I force myself to get up and pick out clothes for the day. I settle on simple blue jeans and my pink sweater on top of a white shirt and grab some underwear from my draw.

"I'm going to take a shower real quick." Hoseok doesn't reply and just gets comfy on my bed so I leave to do my own thing. 30 minutes later I am stepping out with freshly brushed teeth, my clothes on and my hair damp from styling.

"You clean up nicely." He compliments and I smirk.

"Please, I look nice 25/8." Hoseok cracks up and claps his hands together when I pick my phone up to check the time. It's one o'clock. "I have to leave, but you're welcome to just lounge around if you don't want to be in your dorm." I have nothing to hide in here so he can't stumble across anything out of the ordinary. Plus, I'm used to him just claiming my room as his own.

"Bring me back some food." He request and I wave him off.

"Any food that crosses my path is going in my mouth. Tough luck." He sticks up his middle finger, but I ignore it as I put my shoes on.

"What if I starve?"

"No one is forcing you to stay cooped up in my dorm. Go buy something." I answer while putting on my winter coat and stuffing my wallet and phone in my pockets. "See yeah in a few hours."

Firepit has an open window so I can see directly inside. I can somewhat see Namjoon's head and his cousins back. I open the front door and I'm instantly greeted by a middle aged lady with a bob cut. She smiles at me politely and tries to put me on a waiting list, but I tell her I am meeting someone so she lets me pass. I walk to their table and Namjoon looks up from his menu. "Oh, we were just getting ready to order." He informs and I sit down next to his cousin who has short light brown hair. He turns to me and my eyes automatically zoom in on the beauty mark on his nose.

"Hey, I'm Kim Taehyung." He beams and I can't help but smile back. He has a slight Daegu accent and a deep voice that doesn't fit his innocent face.

"I'm Kim Seokjin." I reply and he hands me a menu. I open it up and look through it since I never got to try the food from here because Hoseok and I left all those weeks ago.

"So you attend the same college as Namjoon?" Taehyung asks and I hum in response.

"Yes, we actually met at this restaurant though." I inform and his eyes gleam with mischief.

"Oh, you guys sound like a cute couple." He chimes in and I shake my head.

"N-no, we're not a thing-"

"Jin's not gay." Namjoon adds and I sigh in relief that he's backing me up.

I glance at Taehyung sideways and he's eyeing me skeptically. "Hmmm, I went to Gwacheon High School." He states simply, but my eyes widen and my head begins to spin. I start counting backwards. When I was a senior, he was a freshman.

"I-I thought you lived in Deagu...your accent..." He clasps his hands together like some evil mastermind. He's pulling all the strings right now.

"I moved from the countryside of Daegu to Gwacheon when I started high school." He answers and my heart rate spikes. This can't be happening. Of all the people to be Namjoon's cousin- Why someone that went to my old high school!?

Namjoon seems to notice my panic and raises a brow. I reel in my emotions and remember that as long as I don't mention anything there's no need to over react. He can't prove anything and if Namjoon asks questions I can just deny them all. "Oh, that's cool." I say as I relax into my seat and Taehyung turns to face me with a bright smile.

"Yeah, the school was really nice." He adds and I pick at my jeans under the table feeling slightly vulnerable. Then, I realize my winter coat is strangling the life out of me and creating more heat, so I unzip it. "Too bad I still need to retake that test." He pouts and Namjoon sighs.

"Have you ever thought about getting into Yonsei with extracurriculars instead?" As soon as Namjoon lets the words fly out of his mouth Taehyung's eyes sharpen.

"No, that's the easy way out." He speaks and I nod in agreement. It is, but that test gives more than just a few headaches. People commit suicide over them.

Namjoon slides out of his seat, "I have to use the bathroom, but we'll talk about this more when I get back." Namjoon leaves our sight and suddenly I wish we were girls so it wouldn't be weird if we went to the bathroom together.

"You went to Gwacheon High School too." He says more as a fact than a question. I contemplate denying it for a second but he beats me too it, "Kim Seokjin...you had quite the reputation." I swallow the large lump in my throat and close my eyes. "You don't want him to know?"

I open my eyes and find him examining my face, "I don't want anyone to know."

He purses his lips, but lets it go. "I understand why. It's terrible what they did to you." I exhale slowly and push my memories back that try to force themselves to the surface.

"Lets not bring that up anymore. I'm just Kim Seokjin, your college hyung."

Taehyung nods his head slowly and taps his fingers on the table. That little action has a tick going off in my head that grows to about the size of an atomic bomb as we wait for Namjoon to return. When he slides back into his seat, I sigh in relief since he shifts the conversation back to Taehyung and the test.
