"Dan. Stay in the car and don't come out until I come back." demanded Kyran as we closed doors. He locked his car and we both walked furiously to school doors.

"You definitely need training. You were a few minutes after me." He commented.

"I know, I know. Let's discuss that later. Right now is not the right time." I say.

It was only fifth period. Jurian must be in chemistry. We reached Chemistry class and he wasn't in there.

"We're too late," I whisper. "Jurian's not there."

"They probably just started. Now where-" Kryan stopped talking.
"Where what?" I say, but he shushed me.

"Did you hear that?" He asks and I shook my head. A bang came from above and I nodded furiously. "I can hear it! They're in the old art room."

"Let's go save your lover boy." He said, rolling his eyes.

We climbed up a flight of stairs and dashed to the end of the hallway towards the last door. I pushed it and it easily opened. Dax is standing in the middle of the room with his back towards me and Jurian is standing in the corner. Dax glanced at is and plastered a smile.

"Ah. The VIP guest! Welcome to the party." He disappeared into black dust. He was nowhere in sight. "Except you guys were late."

Kyran was pushed forward and I turned around. Dax swung a punch at me and I ducked to kick his shin.

"Why don't you use both Pures, huh?" said the wisp possessing Dax's body.

"I don't want to hurt Dax so get out of him." I say.

Jurian began to come for me but Dax reached his hand out and the desks moved in his way. Kyran tried to get up but Dax reached out his other arm and Kyran grunts in agony.

"Let them go! This is only between us."

"The more the merrier, Miss Pierce." Dax set his arms down but Kyran is still grunting in pain. Jurian was trying to break through the stacked wall of desks but it was no use.

"Oh, don't you wanna know where your brother is?"

It caught my attention. I grabbed his collar and glared in his eyes. "Tell me right now!" I screamed.

He held up his hands and chuckled. "My, my. That was just a bait to do this," he punched my stomach and I stumbled back. I can't believe I fell for it! The punch made it feel like I can't breath.

"Breeze! Get out of here." shouted Jurian.

I shook my head, even though he can't see me. I got back up, shakily. I'm not gonna lose to him. I'm going to defeat him and find out who he is and why does he want me so much.

"Ah, back to the questions I've asked you before. Do you want to know why Jurian is being so nice and who Kyran really is?" He said, rubbing his chin.

"Don't l-listen to him!" shouted Kyran. I looked back and he's already getting up. Dax must've stopped. The desks fell and Jurian, of course, was behind it.

"Why?" I ask.

"Oh! One more question." He cleared his throat and clapped his hands. "Do you know your brother is alive?"

"I'm not falling for it." I hiss.

"Oh? No? Well, suit yourself. He might as well die like your parents. The same way, the same shots, and it's going to be tossed over a waterfall."

Waterfall?! Was that how I was hurt?

He continued talking and anger filled in me. I clenched my fists and kept glaring. My claws grew and I looked at them.

I felt power boiling in my blood. My stone showed on my neck. I breathed heavily. I lunged forward and dart my claws to him. Surprisingly, I had speed even more fast than Kyran. I punched his side and he stumbled. I was behind him so I kicked him to the front of the class.
