Artemis's P.O.V
Robin chuckled, smiling proudly, "I saw you look at the name."
"That doesn't mean I wanted it opened!"
He shrugged and looked back at the file. I rolled my eyes, but looked too.
The file had a picture of a woman with black hair that fell somewhere passed her shoulders, dark brown eyes, a narrow face, broad chin and very pale skin. She also wore a mask, resembling a tiger, that covered the upper part of her face.
I read her recorded data:
Alias - Tigress
Real Name - Unrecorded
Sex - FemaleReal Height - 5' 8"
Real Hair - Blonde
Real Eyes - Grey/Black"Why do all her physical descriptions say real before them?" Robin asked me.
I scoffed, "Like I would know?"
He shrugged and scrolled the file down to notes about her:
● Ambidextrous
● Master at hand to hand combat
● Expert Swordswoman
● Never misses a target (mainly crossbow)
● High level Acrobatics
● Above Average Intelligence
● Multilingual
● Peak physical conditionShe had many more notes that took us almost an hour and a half to read through.
"Wow," Robin said after reading the last note, "She's got a lot of notes..."
I nodded, "Yeah. No wonder she's the only one officially arrested; he must've followed her a lot."
"He?" Robin asked looking away from the file and rubbing his strained eyes.
"Huh?" I asked glancing at him.
Robin looked at me after rubbing his eyes, "You said 'he'."
"I did?" I asked. I realized that I had said 'he'.
"Yeah," Robin nodded. "Who's 'he'?"
"I'm 'he'."
I jumped in the chair, drawing a sharp breath in through my nose when I heard the voice. Robin was alert and jumped into a fighting stance. I turned the chair around, pursing my lips. I looked at Nightwing, who had sustained some minor injuries from wherever he went.
"Who are you?" Robin asked sounding serious, yet astonished.
Nightwing smirked, "The name's Nightwing."
"That sounds stupid," Robin responded flatly.
I snorted and started giggling at that.
Robin looked at me puzzled. I couldn't respond, still giggling.
Nightwing had a faint smile and rolled his eyes at us, "Get used to it, kid. It's going to be stuck with you."
Robin lifted an eyebrow, "What?"
Nightwing's smirk fell when he saw the computer screen. "What the hell are you two doing?"
I bit my lip glancing between the screen and the future Robin, "Uhh...research for future references?"
His eyes hardened behind the domino mask and he approached us.
Robin jumped in front of me and held his arms out protectively.
Nightwing ignored him and walked to the computer. He backed out of the file and the criminal base, all the way to the home screen.
Dick Grayson's face smiled straight at us with his bright blue eyes, while my face stared at us in confusion.
Robin got out of his protection stance and straightened up, looking at the computer in disbelief. He looked at Nightwing with equal disbelief. Nightwing stood silently, his arms crossed, waiting patiently for Robin to process what he just learned.
"You're..." Robin said still in disbelief, "You're me...?"
Nightwing nodded and casually said, "Try to stay whelmed."
"No way, am I staying whelmed!" Robin shouted.
"Greeaaat," I groaned. "There's two of them..."
