Robin's P.O.V

I layed in my medical bed, glaring at the wall in front of me.

The base was silent except for the skin crawling scraping noise of Artemis sharpening her arrowheads.

"Would you knock it off!" I spat whipping my head around to glare at her. My sudden shout echoed through the building.

She stopped and looked up at me, with a straight face, she started sharpening more slowly, looking me dead in the eyes.

My lip curled at her. I sat up, tore off my shoe, and threw it at her.

She stabbed through it with her freshly sharpened arrow and raised a brow at me. "You officially suck at sneak attacks," she said, spinning the sneaker on the arrow pole.

I pursed my lips, trying to keep my scowl, "I hate you."

"You love me," she said, pulling the shoe off her arrow. "You need a new shoe."

"Really?" I said sarcastically, "I thought I'd just glue it."

"You know, I know that you're mad, still don't get why, but I know you are," she said. "Don't take it out on me because I have very sharp objects in my hands and I don't feel like hurting you."

I glared at the floor. I yelped, falling backwards off my medical bed when something hit me in the head.

"Sorry," Artemis said. "I was aiming for your chest."

I pushed to my feet, glaring at her.

She rolled her eyes.

I sighed and walked to the computer.

"Don't go through anything," she warned.

"Bite me," I grunted, starting the computer.

She stood up, putting the arrow in her quiver.

I started typing into the computer, looking for anything. I felt Artemis lean against the chair back.

"Whatcha doin'?" She asked.

"Trying to find something to get us home," I muttered.

"He's trying, Robin."

"I'll believe it when I see it," I growled. I scanned the screen.

"What's that?" Artemis pointed at a bar that read Time.

"I don't know," I muttered.

"Click it," she said.

I looked at her, "What happened to 'Don't go through anything'?"

"That was before I was curious, now I am. So, click it," she said, pressing my finger.

The bar opened into a file spread across the screen.

I examined the screen, it was covered with links and files of time travelers similar to the one that sent us here.

"What the..." I muttered.

"So he is trying," Artemis said, smirking at me. "Believe it yet?"

"Shut up..." I muttered.

She snickered.

I sighed and looked through the file more.

He really was trying. This file was weeks worth of studying, searching, and filing. There had to have been times he didn't even sleep.

I clicked on the first link and it took me to the Justice League's criminal data base. I read through it. Dick had searched these files several times.

Artemis looked at the screen, "So?"

"This doesn't prove anything," I said.

"Oh, really?" She asked, crossing her arms.

"Yes," I muttered. "This doesn't mean anything."

She glared at me, "You are unbelievable!"

"Tell me how this says anything," I spat.

"It says that he's been searching day-in and day-out for the time traveler who sent us here."

"It's just words on a screen, Artemis," I growled. "Just because it's on a screen doesn't make it true!"

"Says the kid who gets all his information from a screen," She said.

I glared at her and looked away.

"You need to learn when someone's trying to help Robin," Artemis muttered.

I glared at the keyboard, "Maybe you should learn that not everyone is here to help." I grunted, getting a hard smack to the back of the head.

"You are an idiot Dick Grayson," She growled.

"Thanks for reminding me," I muttered.

She glared at me and jabbed the power button on the computer.

The computer snapped off like a light.

I glared at her.

She rolled her eyes.

I flinched when she flicked me in the forehead and walked away.

I watched her as she refilled her quiver with arrows and grabbed her bow.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"Out," She muttered.

I stood up and quickly suited up, "You're not going alone."

"Stay here," She growled. "I'm not in the mood to deal with you."

"What's that supposed to mean?" I spat.

"It means, you're on my very last nerve!" She snapped, wheeling around to face me.

"How? I'm just stating what's true!" I growled, marching up to her.

She shoved me away, "You're stating what you want to be true."

"Dick doesn't give a damn about us! He'd have tossed us onto the streets already if it wasn't for Tigress!"

"Why do you have so little faith in your future self?" She asked, crossing her arms.

"Because he's an idiot," I muttered.

She snorted.

I rolled my eyes.

She headed for the exit.

"You shouldn't go alone, Artemis, we still don't know the city that well."

"Well, I'm going to go and learn some things," She said.

"Artemis..." I sighed, following her towards the door.

"Fine," She spat. "Just don't get yourself killed; I'm not getting in trouble for you being stupid."

"Then what's the point in going?"

"Don't get on my nerves, Little Birdy," She said, walking out.

I quickly ran after her, shutting the door with a loud slam.
