One bananaSuper Large salad:
Two head of lettuce
One cup beans
Half an avocado
Two Tbsp. SrirachaFive raspberries
Three Heaping spoonful of Lara Bar's Chocolate Coco spreadP.S. this is like vegan crack....
Anddddddd a few handfuls of these:
And a crap ton of pasta (even though I was completely full after the jalapeño fries)
Yo, don't judge, sometimes eating junk food is okay. It's all about the balance in life and not always following a certain food guide to gaining a happier and healthier life. Remember that. But in all seriousness, pasta for me tastes good for the first five minutes. Then it's
just makes me feel lethargic and ginormous. So no more noodles....😅I now understand from eating pretty health for a handful of days food is the main factor of whether I feel happy or depressed that day. If I eat nutritious and whole plant based foods I feel energized and ready, mixed with health fats and protein sources. So that from now on is what I'll aim for.
I've also noticed with my eating habits once I eat junk foods, I tend to cave and eat other crappy foods even if I'm full. So going to limit those junk foods because not only are they terrible for me, but they also trigger my incontrolable eating rampage, which in my case leads to binging out. And even though I've never purged, there always that remorseful after feeling of knowing I screwed up my stomach and eating afterward. My stomach and digestive system is so much better when eating whole foods.
So cheers to health, and see ya tomorrow.
