We were walking down the street when the wind started whispering in our ears and making our hair blow all around us. The wind seemed angry, it kept pushing me towards that house, but I didn't know why. I stop on the sidewalk and sit down on the bench in front of the library.
"Is something wrong?" Molly asks.
"No, I just needed a break."
"Okay, well since we are already stopped I think we should go back to that house."
"Why?"
"I just keep getting a gut feeling about it, I wanna make sure that Aleisha made it out and that she's okay," Molly had worry in her voice.
"I guess we can. Lisa already took off to who knows where."
We began walking again. My legs grew weak beneath me, and it felt like my skin was sulking into my body. I was tired. It has been a long night, and I haven't slept for almost two days. It's only midnight, so I don't know why I would feel like this.
"Don't go," the little girl's voice drifts off from a distance. I can feel the fear, the guilt, the sadness. I don't have time to deal with the voices right now, they're driving me insane. I can only focus on one thing, and that is finding Lisa.
