Maddie's POV:
"Have you talked to Carin?"
"No Justin, it's ten in the morning I just woke up" I let out a long sigh as the night before clouded my mind.
"-Will you move in with me?" His question repeated over and over again.
"Well talk to her today, preferably before I come over" He said with a soft laugh.
"I'll get to it later but I just- I don't know if maybe- we should- if we should take our time with everything" I finally got out.
"What do mean you already said yes"
"I know and I want to but don't you think we're hurrying into this?" I asked.
"No, I know that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you- and from what I know you wanted to spend your life with me" He questioned.
"Of course I do- I'll call you later" I sighed before hanging up.
I held my head in my hands gently rubbing my temple, I let out a long sigh before sliding out of bed.
I grabbed a change of clothes and quickly got dressed stopping before I put my shirt on I walked over to the mirror. I looked at my stomach and gritted my teeth in anguish.
There laid a huge scar from where they did the surgery, it was to much to think about right now. I quickly pulled my shirt over my head and trailed downstairs.
"Good morning" Carin greeted me cheerfully.
"Morning, I didn't hear you guys come in last night" I said grabbing an orange off of the counter and digging my nail into the peel.
"That's because when we got back, you weren't here- mind telling me where you were?"
"Yeah um Justin came over" I nodded avoiding eye contact.
"-And?"
"And nothing he um- we went back to his house and- and watched movies" I said hoping not to sound like an utter liar.
"Really well I talked to Pattie and she told me Justin had a surprise for you last night" Scooter chipped in from the living room.
I closed my eyes tightly hoping that she didn't say anything else about Justin's 'surprise'.
"Surprise? What was it?" Carin asked intrigued.
"He um- took me out- no he um got my- my favorite movie" I stuttered.
"Tell us what's really going on- now" Carin said sternly. I pressed my hand over my forehead and eyes covering up the frustration as I tried to find the words to explain.
"Ok last night after you guys left, Justin came over and he took me out- That really happened- but not to his house to- um- our house?" I said questioning it myself.
"What do you mean 'our house'?" Carin stepped back.
"I swear to you this was not my idea! Justin just asked me to move in with him out of the clear blue" I said throwing my hands down.
Carin looked off as Scooter made his way into the kitchen were we stood. She held her hand over her mouth in shock, and much like I had dreaded her eyes filled with tears.
"And what happened?" She chocked out.
"Well I - I said yes" I muttered. She shook her head in disbelief, "But-! I don't know if I'm going to" I added.
