Chapter 15

Bella went in her house, crying. "I said leave me alone" she cried out to Edward. "Bella, don't this, just think about it please" Edward said.

"Get out! It's over" Bella said. "She said leave her alone" Ashley snapped at Edward as she pretended to hit him. He turned his head as if she actually did.

Ashley shut the door in Edward's face. "Girl's what happened" Charlie asked confused on the whole situation.

"I have to get out of this place, out of Forks, I'm leaving, now" Bella said as she went upstairs confusing Charlie.

"Don't worry dad I'll get her back" Ashley said as she ran upstairs to her room only to see Emmett packed a bag for her.

She bumped into Bella on the way back. "Bella we need to talk about this please" Ashley said fake tears down her face.

They go downstairs. "Bells, did he hurt you" Charlie asked. "No, dad" Bella said. "Break up with you" he asked.

"I broke up with him" Bella told him. "I thought you liked him" he asked. "I don't want this. I want to go home" she said.

"You're mother's not even in Phoenix" Charlie said. "She'll come home" Bella said. "You can't drive home now" he said.

"Please Bella, don't do this" Ashley said. "Come with me" Bella said to her. "What" Ashley said shocked. "Come with me mum wants to meet you" Bella said. "O-okay" Ashley said.

"Girls, please, I know I'm not around much, but I can change that. We can do more things together" Charlie said.

"Like watch more baseball on the flat screen? Or go to the Coffee Shop? Same people, same steak, same berry cobbler every night? That's you, Dad. Not me" Bella said.

"I just got yous back" Charlie said. "And if I don't get out now, I'm going get stuck here like mom did" Bella said as she dragged Ashley out of the house.

The girls jump in the truck. "Slide over" Edward said. He jumped in the driving seat while the sisters were basically on top of each other.

"His face.. I said the same words my mother used when she left" Bella said. "It was the only way" Ashley said.

"Your father's safe now. The tracker is following us" Edward said. Just then a dark figure leaps onto the back of the truck making Bella scream while Ashley grabbed her tightly.

"IT's alright, it just Emmett. Alice is in the car behind us" Edward said. "Thank God" Ashley said as she kept holding Bella.

Ashley looked out the window to see Mike, Jessica, Eric and Angela laughing, flirting having fun making her sigh.

They get out of the truck. Emmett wrapped his arms around Ashley, kissing her forehead. "I love you" he whispered. "I love you too" she said.

Alice goes over to them. They go to the house but freeze when the door opens and Laurent exits. Emmett growls but Carlisle appeared. "He came to warn us about James" he told them.

"I've grown tired of his games. But he's got unparalleled senses. Absolutely lethal. I've never seen anything like him in three hundred years ... And the woman, Victoria, will back him. Don't underestimate her" Laurent said.

"Thank you for warning us" Carlisle said. "I'm truly sorry for what's been unleashed on you both" Laurent said to Emmett and Edward before going.

They all go to the garage. "I've had to find our kind before. We're hard to kill" Jasper said. "But not impossible" Edward said.

"We'll tear him up" Emmett said. "We'll rip him apart with our hands, then burn the pieces" Thomas said with bloodlust.

"I don't relish killing another creatures, even a sadistic one likes James" Carlisle said. "If he doesn't get one of us first" Rosalie said.

"This is insane" Ashley said. "You can't put yourselves in danger like this, for us" Bella said. "Too late" Rosalie said.

"Edward and I will run the girls south, while you lead the tracker away" Emmett said. "No, the tracker knows you won't leave the girls, he'll follow you" Carlisle said.

"I'll go with them Jasper and I will drive them south. We'll keep them safe" Alice said. "Can you keep your thoughts to yourself" Edward said and Alice nods her head.

"Esme, Rosalie, put these on so the tracker will pick up their scent" Edward said as he gave Rosalie Bella's jacket. She dropped it.

"Why should I? What is she to me? Just a danger you've inflicted on us" she said. "Rosalie, they're with Edward and Emmett are with them. They're family now and we protect our family" Carlisle said.

"Here" Esme said giving Rosalie Ashley's jacket. Rosalie put it on. She preferred Ashley to Bella and everyone knew it.

Emmett pulls Ashley to the side. "If any of you get hurt because of us" Ashley said tears in her eyes.

"We won't, there's six of us and two of them. When it's done, we'll come get you" Emmett said as he kissed her forehead.

"You re my life now. I love you so much" Emmett said. "I love you too" Ashley said before the two go in different ways.

Alice, Jasper, Bella and Ashley get in the car and they drive. Jasper kept looking back at Ashley worried about her.

After a short journey they arrive at a hotel. Bella was staring at the sky while Ashley was worried about the brothers.

"They're okay" Jasper told her as he held her hand. She looked at him and smiled half heartedly. She felt calm through Jasper's touch, he didn't even use his powers.

Alice looked at Jasper and Ashley slightly confused. She didn't understand the friendship but she knew they made each other happy.
