"What do you mean? What did he say?" Auston spat.
"I'm going to kill that little fucker! You don't deserve that shit Breyana!"
After the phone call Auston looked a whole bunch of emotions. Angry, upset, sad even guilty?
"What's going on babe?" I asked empathetically
"Brey had this boyfriend and he cheated on her but said it was an accident and its just bullshit. I feel awful for her, she thinks she's not good enough now." He sighed.
That's a feeling I know all too well. Maybe I could talk to her. I didn't say anything though, I didn't want to make Auston feel awkward or anything.
"Now I see what I did to you..." he spoke quietly.
"It's okay Auston. I forgive you for it." I smiled, and patted his thigh.
"No (Y/N), it's not okay. I hurt you, I made you feel worthless. Nobody should feel like that and I am so sorry." He looked deeply into my eyes.
"I know you're sorry baby, this isn't about me though. It's about Breyana now, and we need to make her feel better. I was thinking I could talk to her." I suggested.
He nodded his head slowly before saying "yeah." He dialled in her number and talked quickly before handing the phone to me.
"Hello?" I asked sweetly.
"Hey." She said, sounding really upset.
"Auston told me what's going on, and I was wondering if I could talk to you about it. Only if you want though." I was trying to sound as caring as possible. I did care a lot, my voice just tended to sound uninterested very often.
"Yeah I would like that." She mumbled, sniffling, I could tell she was crying.
"Well, I dated someone for a long time and I went away on vacation to visit my parents in Australia. I came back a few days early to surprise him and I caught him in bed with some other girl... so I know what you're feeling right now." I felt Austons hand rub my back gently as I was saying this.
"Yeah, I feel like really ugly. And not worthy of anyone." Breyana said hesitantly, she was opening up to me and I understand how hard it is to do that to someone you barely know.
"Trust me Breyana, you are far from ugly and you're going to find someone who treats you how you deserve to be treated. You're beautiful, and kind, and generous, and brilliant. You're hardly unworthy, most guys would be unworthy of you!" I heard her giggle a bit when I said that.
"Thanks (Y/N), you're the best. I'm so glad you're dating Auston." She was smiling now, I could hear it in her voice.
"Call me anytime love, I can't wait to see you soon." I admitted, it was true, I couldn't wait to see Austons family.
"I can't wait either, can I talk to Auston again."
I handed her the phone and they talked a bit more before Auston hung up. I was hoping we could get back into what we were doing before Breyana called, but Auston felt so guilty, I didn't expect him to be up for it.
I started massaging his back and kissing his neck gently, I just wanted to assure him that everything would be okay.
"I am so sorry. I broke you." He said quietly, almost inaudible.
"Auston, if anything you made me stronger. Trust me, I forgive you babe, and I know you're sorry. Please don't worry about it." I whispered in his ear. It sent shivers down his spine.
"I love you (Y/N)." He turned around to kiss me.
"I love you too Auston."
We began making out again, getting very steamy, quickly. Our bodies were synced with each other's, both of us, ready for what was coming next.
I was drawn out of sleep from the smell of breakfast, Steph must be making something for the boys after practice. I crawled out of bed, still naked from our antics last night
"Whatcha cooking daddy?" I asked jokingly
"Mmm French toast for my sugar baby. And our ridiculous boyfriends." Steph chuckled
"They're going to be back soon?" I asked
Steph nodded her head.
"Austons little sister was being cheated on and she called us crying last night." I said sadly, remembering how upset Breyana was.
"WHAT?!" Steph suddenly bursted into a rage.
"Yeah, I made her feel a bit better though. She's so sweet." I smiled lightly to myself
"What a little prick! I'm going to go knock some sense into that kid!" I couldn't tell if she was being sarcastic or if she was dead serious.
"I know, I feel the same way. So does Auston." I moved my lips to the side, making a face.
"No (Y/N), I am serious. We're going to Scottsdale and beating that kid up." Steph looked me dead in the eye, almost burning her French toast.
"Wait until Mitch finds out." She mumbled, turning around and flipping the bread.
When the boys got back we all sat around the table and began eating.
"Wow Steph this is awesome!" Mitch exclaimed with a full mouth, still shovelling food in.
"Thanks baby." She winked.
"Honestly this is the best French toast I've ever had." Auston smiled.
I had to give it to her, she really was a good cook.
"So Mitch, were going to Scottsdale, all four of us." Steph finally said.
"What?" Mitch and Auston said in unison.
"Well, we're going to knock some sense into that little immature prick that hurt Austons little sister." She stated boldly.
"What happened?" Mitch asked, sounding extremely concerned. I have to admit, I was so concerned too when I didn't know what was going on. For all I knew someone was killed or something awful like that.
"Her boyfriend or whatever cheated on her." Auston said, instantly frustrated again.
Mitch's mouth fell open and he looked like he was ready to kill someone too, Brey was a great girl, loved by everyone, and clearly protected by everyone.
"She's my little sister too." Mitch finally said, sounding pissed.
Oh god, were we really going to Scottsdale? Couldn't we just give him a call?
