A year and a half later, you and Auston were married in front of a large crowd, Steph being your maid of honor and Mitch being Austons best man.
3 years after the wedding you were pregnant with your first child, a boy. His name is Carter Mitchell Matthews. Then his sister was born a year after that. Her name is Madison Stephanie Matthews.
Auston and Mitch both decided to stay with the leafs, that's where they both feel like they belong. Sean and Britt are still huge parts of your life and their children and yours are very close in age. Steph and Mitch were married not long after you and Auston, and they have twin boys and a girl, Madison and Steph and Mitch's baby girl Jayda were born 4 days apart.
