"I can't can't be tamed!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. "that song is so old!" brendon laughs as he combs his hair. "so?" I laugh and then I sang along to the rest.

"BITCH!" brendon screamed. "Oh my Jesus Christ lord saviour hallelujah amen!" I exclaim. "Brendon stop singing about doors!" I roll my eyes.
"LISTEN!" "YOUR SONGS ON THR RADIO!" we screamed happily and sang along.

"Oh, well, imagine,
As I'm pacing the pews in a church corridor,
And I can't help but to hear—
No, I can't help but to hear an exchanging of words,

"What a beautiful wedding! What a beautiful wedding," says a bridesmaid to the waiter,
"And, yes, but what a shame, what a shame the poor groom's bride is a whore."

I chime in with a
"Haven't you people ever heard of closing a goddamn door?!"
No, it's much better to face these kinds of things
With a sense of poise and rationality.
I chime in,
"Haven't you people ever heard of closing a goddamn door?!"
No, it's much better to face these kinds of things
With a sense of...

Oh, well, in fact,
Well, I'll look at it this way,
I mean technically our marriage is saved,
Well, this calls for a toast.
So, pour the champagne.

Well, this calls for a toast,
So, pour the champagne, pour the champagne!

No, it's much better to face these kinds of things
With a sense of poise and rationality again

we ran downstairs and had breakfast. I took a bite of a banana and felt sick. I was trying to eat. but I just... felt disgusting. "kayleigh was wrong. your not fat. and even if you were so what? everyones beautiful. your the shortest and cutest person I know" brendon said kindly. I finished the rest of it slowly and when I did brendon clapped for me. I giggle and had a glass of water. "best friends are the best" I said in my head.

we headed to school and brendon continued to make me laugh on the way. when we got in I immediately saw josh and kayleigh arguing. "great" I muttered. "Let's help josh" I say.

"leave her alone oh my god!"
"why do you care?"
"you are bullying people!"
"what's in it for you?"
"it's wrong! can't you see that?"
"kill your self!" she rolled her eyes and went off. I could tell josh was really hurt. "don't worry about her. she's a fucking bitch" brendon said nicely.
"thanks. I...should go find tyler" he walked towards the bathroom but I put a hand on his shoulder. "don't" I say quietly. I saw him wipe his eyes and turn around. "I'm sorry" he says.

"it's okay" I whisper. right on cue, tyler walked over and put his arms around me and josh. "hey best friends!" he chirps. "hi" us three chimed. "how you all feeling on this fine day?" he asks. "sick, you?" brendon asks.
"great! josh, I got us a gig!"
"really!? yay!" josh and tyler had a best friend hug. "we'll be there! where's it gonna be?" brendon asks. "tomorrow night at the basment" he says.
"I'm so pumped!" josh grabbed me and hugged me. I giggled shyly.

at lunch, tyler and josh made a visit to our table. and then sarah walked over! brendon clutched my hand under the table. "she's here!" he went slightly red. "it's okay! she's cool" josh says.

"hi guys" she smiled. "hi" we all chorus.
"is it true you two are going to be performing at the basement?" she asks, tyler and josh. "yep!" tyler smiled.
"I'll be there! I asked jenna to come to!"
"are you two coming?" she turned to me and brendon. I nod and brendon started stuttering. "y-yeah"

sarah giggled. "you didn't seem so shy in 'I write sings not tragedies'" she says.
"y-you s-saw that?" he stammers.
"dude i loved it! I have to go but i'll see you soon brendon. bye!" she smiled and went back to jenna and all her other friends.

brendon and tyler were even more excited for the concert. josh looked a bit nervous. "there's gonna be so many people. what if they don't like me?"
"they'll love you josh!" tyler assured his best friend. "but what if they don't?
"then they're stupid" I pipe up. the boys chuckled and brendon ruffled my hair.
