Reader POV

I grabbed my mask I had on and threw it away from me, the Viking leader grabbed her helmet and tossed it to one of the elites. "Are you ready, you pathetic samurai?" She asked, twirling her axe a little.

I nodded and got in a offensive stance. I launched forward and brought the sword down in an arch, she brought her axe up and blocked it, she pushed and hit me with the end of her axe and slashed at me, I jumped back and it barely missed me.

I launched forward again and thrust my sword at her, she rolled to the side and rushed at me, she shoulder charged me and carried me for a few feet before slamming me into the wall, she drooped me and kneed my face, dazing me.

She jumped back and tried to decapitate me, I rolled behind her and quickly cut her thigh making her fall down to one knee, I stood up and swung at her head, I would have decapitated her if one of the elites didn't interfere.

I felt something hit my back and i went flying into the wall, I collapsed onto the ground feeling part of the wall fall onto my back. I stood up shakily and laughed softly, "what's so funny" she growled out, I spit out some blood that gathered in my mouth "you need help from one of your lackies to defeat a 'pathetic' samurai, you have no honor" she growled out and looked at the elite that interfered with out fight.

She strode toward him and kicked him, he landed on his back and she brought her ace down on his stomach, she pulled it out and looked at the rest of the elites. "If anyone else interferes you will join this man, understood!" She yelled out, "yes ma'am" they replied.

She stood up at her fill height and rushed at me, I rolled out of the way and slashed at her, she quickly whipped around and blocked. She kicked my stomach to back me up and brought her axe down in a arch, I jumped back and her axe imbedded Into the wooden floor.

She tried to pull it out but it was stuck, I smirked and kicked her cheek, spit and blood flew out of her mouth, I tried to slash at her but she grabbed my sword, she pulled it out of my grasp and threw it away from me.

She stood up and smirked, I growled out and put my fists up, she laughed loudly and brought her fists up as well " are you sure you want to do this little man?" She said, I launched forward and delivered a wild haymaker to her cheek.

My hit almost knocked her off her feet. She shook her head and glared at me with a murderous look in her eye, "I'm going to kill you!" She yelled out and rushed at me, she swung a haymaker at me, I easily ducked under it, she tried to knee me but I pushed her knee back down and punched the side if her knee making her limp more.

"Your letting your anger control you, that's what's wrong with vikings, you need inner piece to fight" I said calmly, which seemed to make her even more angry, she yelled out and tried to punch me again, I caught her arm and pulled as hard as I could and she stumbled forward, I quickly brought my knee up and it connected with her stomach.

She fell down to one knee and looked up at me,I quickly delivered a punch to her cheek knocking her all the way down, I kneeled down "I think I win" I said, she clenched her fists "not yet!" She yelled and delivered a uppercut to me while standing up.

I flew back and landed on my back, I quickly stood up only to get a fist to my face, I spun and fell to the ground. "See, sometimes you need anger to help you In fights" she said above me. I looked to my left and saw my katana buried under some wood. I got up, grabbed it, swung it around and imbedded it into her stomach.

I pulled it out and stood up, she looked at me with tears in her eyes "no" she said and collapsed, I looked at the elites and they all had a look of horror on their faces "leave, and never come back" I said, I pointed at their leader "and take her with you" they all shook their heads "we can't she lost, she's not apart of our village anymore, she's basically dead to us" and with that, they returned all our resources then left.

I looked down at their ex-leader and felt pity well up inside me, I sighed and called the survivors down. They all walked down the stairs wearily, they all looked at me with tears in Their eyes "you did it" a woman said, I nodded with a small smile on my face.

They looked down at the leader "is she still alive?" A child asked, I nodded "yes, just barely" I said, they all looked down at her with sympathetic eyes "go get a first aid kit."
