"Thank you for saving Mackenzie!" said Alice. Jordan and I exchanged glances. We had made it back to the cafe where our cars were parked outside, and were about to head home. We stood beside our parked cars and said our goodbyes.
"Yeah, thanks guys. I'm glad that you finally got to meet Alice today. Well, I'll see you guys tomorrow in class!" said Mackenzie who was now holding Alice's hand. "You both should seriously think about Alice's contract. That would be super cool if we were all working with her. See ya!" she said. Then, with Alice still holding on to her hand tightly, Mackenzie turned and headed to her car. Jordan and I went home.
