The next morning I woke up on the floor my back in pain. I stood up to see Aphmau sleeping on my bed, all the blankets thrown aside.

Yesterday was a mess. I had tried to get Aphmau out of my house but she seemed so ready to stay here for the night. Then, after I gave in she bombarded me with questions I had no answers to and stated that I was in the state of denial and that I had feelings for him.

When I told her accidentally about our 'date' I covered my ears but she didn't scream but she had wiggled her eyebrows at me. Though it wasn't loud, it was very annoying. It wasn't so bad to have Aphmau here though. Yesterday was a bit fun.

Looking at Aphmau I chuckled to myself as to how funny she looked and went up to her to wake her up.

We then went downstairs together and made some pancakes for ourselves.

We laughed as she drew a cat face on hers with maple syrup and I drew a plain smily face. We laughed at our drawings until it eventually started to droop down the sides and look horrendous.

"Oh uh... let's just eat it before it gets any worse." Aphmau said and I nodded in agreement.

As we ate our breakfast, Aphmau said, "Is your brother and dad home? I haven't seen them."

"Oh Kasey had to go to this event so he could do this project, so my dad had to go with him." I said as I continued to munch on my pancake.

"Ok so um basically the reason I came here wasn't just to talk about u and Travis." She said as she pointed her fork at me.

I sighed. "Of course. What now?"

"I need to tell u something." Aphmau said with a serious face.

I was a bit taken aback at her serious face. She usually always goofs around and only had a serious face when she really needs to say something.

"What is it?" I asked her and Aphmau took a deep breath.

"Aaron..." she hesitated a bit and looked at me out of the corner of her eye. "Aaron and I... we s-started dating." She said.

After Aphmau left I decided to go take a walk at the park. I grabbed my keys shoving them in my pocket as I left the house.

I walked down the sidewalk thinking about what Aphmau told me. She was... dating Aaron! I was so happy for her.

I knew they both liked each other and it was a matter of them confessing their feelings.

Aaron isn't a bad person. He's actually pretty nice and considerate, so I am not against her dating him.

According to Aphmau, he asked her out on the way home from Travis' house. Apparently it wasn't anything too special and it was kinda the flow of their conversation, but it still made Aphmau happy.

I was so deep in thought, that I hadn't realized Travis who was trying to grab my attention.

Eventually, I realized when he stared at me his face inches away, him saying, "Earth to Katelyn?"

I flinchds away, my face becoming hot as I remembered what happened at his house. Travis seemed to realize what was wrong and blushed as well.

"Uh hey." He said with an awkward wave.

"What do you want?" I asked him a bit surprised seeing him at the park right after seeing him yesterday.

"I was just taking a walk when I saw you, and when I said hi you had a serious face and wasn't responding so I was trying to catch your attention." He said. "You were in deep thought. What happened?"

I can't tell him. Aphmau told me not to tell anyone. "It's nothing." I said.

Travis raised an eyebrow not believing what I said.

"It's really nothing! Hey how's your accompanintent part going?" I asked him changing the subject hoping he wouldn't notice.

"Hey don't change the subject!" Travis said.

"Fine what do you want? And I really want to know how your accompaniment part is going."

"The accompany part is going ok I guess, anyways I wanted to make sure you understood something since you seemed upset." He said scratching his head.

"So you know how yesterday..." he trailed off.

I blushed knowing what he meant. "Yeah?"

"Well basically I wanted to make sure that you know I actually tried to kiss you on the cheek. I'm sorry."

"Yeah yeah I understand. It was partially my fault. Anyways, why me?" I asked him confronting him straight on. "Why not Aphmau or Nicole or any of the guys?"

"Well first off, any of the guys are out of the question. I know who Dante and Aaron likes and the other 2 seem to have a crush on someone but won't tell me. Aphmau is a nice friend but nothing more. Nicole clearly likes Dante so what is there to say? Plus...." He trailed off.

"What?" I asked him not hesitating to think at all.

"You're obviously the most beautiful out of them all."

Instinctively I punched him and turned around to hide my blushing face.

"Dork." I said as I walked back home.

"Hey I'm looking forward to the field trip next week!" He said yelling at me from behind and chuckled a bit.

"I'm not excited even by a bit idiot." I lied. To say the truth I was very excited. Travis didn't seem too bad anymore, and also hey! Who doesn't enjoy skipping a school day for an amusement park?

Hey guys! Exam period is coming up for me, and due to that I may have a week I won't publish or publish a bit late. I'm sorry!
