Kayla's pov

my eyes got wide when she told me that. The whole cast was going to be watching me? I was already nervous enough! Now I gotta be perfect. I can't mess up! Theses are all highly trained, professional actors and I'm just a girl from Ohio that got lucky. Breathe kayla breathe. Lauren saw and put a reassuring hand on my shoulder. I looked to her and smiled.

"alright you stand right here." Robert pointed down to the ground by a tree. I nodded.

"when I yell action you're going to scream. Here is a walker extra." He gestured pointing to a person in zombie make up.

he walked up to me and waved. I smiled back while he stood next to me. This was really weird. I'm so use to seeing them on tv trying to kill everyone you forget they are actually just living extras.

"You're going to lay down, he's gonna be on top of you trying to bite you. That's when daryls going to come and find you. When he kills the walker quickly push the walker off of you. I want you to stand up, but not face norman yet until he asks are you alright?. Remember you're scared, hurt, defenseless Got it?"

i nodded and took a deep breath. I was so nervous. He smiled and placed a reassuring hand in my shoulder,"you'll be fine."

normans pov

last night was perfect. She was perfect and I wanted her to know that. I woke up early this morning when my phone buzzed a reply on twitter. I smiled when I saw it was from kayla. I smiled bigger when she said I was her favorite guy. I've never fell so fast for a girl before. She was beautiful and so pure that it made my heart go crazy. I looked through my pictures on my phone as I got up to make coffee. I looked through all the ones of us last night. All but one I put on twitter. The one I took where she wasn't looking. where the sun was hitting her perfectly. It showed her true natural beauty and it was my favorite. Just looking at her picture made me blush. Once my coffee was done, I looked over my script one last time. I still didn't know who this new person was. Usually everyone talks about it, but everyone said they didn't know. I finished everything up a and drove to set. I wanted to see kayla before filming. I looked everywhere. She must not be here yet so I went and got made into daryl. After I got done I walked around again, she had to be here now. Where was she though? I saw Andrew and asked him,

"hey ya seen kayla?"

He smiled and then quickly hid it,"no man sorry."

i looked at him weird, but thought nothing of it. What if she quit? No she would've told me. Word gets around fast and I would've heard about it. I was looking everywhere. I probably looked like a damn lost kid. I saw the new girls trailer, well might as well I introduce myself. Right before I was about to knock, Robert called me over,

"norman! I need you on set!"

i sighed annoyed. I really wanted to see this girl before I worked with her so it wasn't awkward. Then there was the fact kayla was missing and that worried me. I began walking with Robert when I saw most the cast down where i was supposed to run to save the character Lilly. The hell? I looked at him confused. He shrugged and said,

"guess they wanted to watch."

i nodded. I mean it wasn't weird, we watched each other all the time, but literally the WHOLE cast and other extras were there.

"Alright when you hear Lilly scream that's when you run through there. A walker will Be on her so you will shoot with the crossbow and then begin your lines." He directed.

i nodded back to him. And he walked to the area where everyone was. I was left alone other than the camera and sound men that were by me. I heard Robert yell action. I took a deep breath and waited for the scream.
