Where's norman?

Kayla's pov

Beep. Beep. Beep

Was the only sound I could hear as my world was engulfed in total darkness. I had to be dead, but this isn't what I pictured it would be like after life.

Beep beep beep

There was that damn noise again. What the hell was that and where am I? Why is it so dark? As it hit me all at once, my senses started coming back. I started gaining feeling in my hands and moved my fingers. My eyes were heavy as I had to fight to get them open. When I finally did, the blurry vision subsided and I looked around in the strange room that I was in.

Beep beep beep

Turning towards the noise, I saw the noise belonged to a heart monitor. Looking down my body I saw I was in a hospital bed and I had oxygen in my nose. The images flooded my mind about what happened before everything went dark. Then worry filled me, where was norman? Where was willow! I started freaking out and then turned to the other side seeing 3 figures asleep on the couch. My eyes widened realizing it was my mom, dad, and brother. I starred at them shocked they were here. My mom started to stir and her eyes slowly opened. She yawned and then looked into my direction. Her eyes widened when she saw I was awake. I smiled and she ran towards the bed kissing me on the head whispering,

"Thank god"

When she pulled away she had tears in her eyes,"I thought I lost you"

I smiled,"I ain't going anywhere mom. What happened?"

"Norman called us and told us you were in labor so we got on the next flight here. When we got here sean was trying to calm down norman who was screaming at the doctors trying to get back to see you. You didn't deliver in the time frame you should've, you're heart stopped for 2 minutes" she said, her voice cracking.

"Hey" I smiled as she looked at me,"I'm ok."

A tear escaped down her cheek as she nodded and we hugged. We pulled out of the hug and my heart started to pound,

"Where is norman?"

"Him and sean went to get coffee. He hasn't slept or left your side. The whole cast is here as well, no one has left since you got here" she said.

"And willow?" I asked worriedly.

My heart pounded as I awaited the answer that terrified me. It only slowed down when a smile spread across her face,

"She's fine. Healthy and just perfect."

A huge wave of relief overflew me,"I wanna see her"

"Let me get the doctor to look at you first and then we will ok?" She smiled.

I nodded and hugged my mom again which was broken apart when a small voice asked,

"Kayla?"

Turning towards the door stood Mingus and his dad right behind him holding his coffee and starring at me in complete shock. I felt tears fill my eyes as I smiled,

"Hey"
