~~Another Chance Encounter~~

It feels like we have been driving for days already. I have been asleep for the past hour or so. I have no idea where we are heading but Nate woke me to tell me we were stopping to get some food. I was all up for that.

At the moment, I was just lying here listening to Bruno Mars on the radio. It Will Rain was blasting through the car speakers.

There's no religion that could save me,

No matter how long my knees are on the floor, oh,

So keep in mind all the sacrifices I'm making,

To keep you by my side,

And keep you from walking out the door.

Cause there'll be no sunlight,

If I lose you, baby,

There'll be no clear skies,

If I lose you, baby,

Just like the clouds,

my eyes will do the same if you walk away,

Everyday, it wi-

"Gen?... We are here." Nate gently shook my shoulder.

"Okay." I stretched and yawned as I jumped out of the car and brushed myself down.

I heard Nate shut the door and I looked up at where we were. It was a cute little Café called Chance En-

"You coming in or what?" Nate smiled.

"Oh god yes!" I ran, realising where we were, myself and Nate walked in.

We sat at the same spot we were talking in when we first met. A few new staff were working here now...Then a tired looking Ira walked up to us. Obviously not noticing it was us yet.

"Hello. What can I ge- Imogen? Nate?" A smile quickly wiped the glum luck off her face.

"Hey." Nate casually said.

"How are you two?!" She excitedly leaned over the counter to talk to us.

"We are fine..." I said.

"What're you two both doing back here?" She asked, shocked.

"That is a bit of a long-" Nate started.

"And painful story..." I added, finishing his sentence.

"Come through the back. Wayne is in there." She led us to the back room.

"Ira can you- Nate? Imogen!" He came up to us and hugged us.

"Hey Wayne." I giggled.

It seems strange them being so fond of us, but Nate always use to come to this Café with his dad so they know each other, and its customers are mean and leave quick so I guess when someone comes back out recognise them.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"That's what were here to explain..." Nate said.

So between us: myself and Nash told Wayne and Ira what had happened. Myself saying about how I met Zeke and he matched my necklace. Then Nate talking about how he couldn't hold his feelings in... As much as I lived what Nash was saying. I still got little butterflies in my stomach when he told the story.
