~~Here Again~~

Driving through the country. The peaceful sensation. Calm and serene. Then, that moment I knew where I was. The sign.m

Welcome To Lonsgato

Getting out of the car, and walking into Brooke's house, I started to remember everything about Lonsgato: The church, All the people, The festival... Zeke-

"Gen... You okay?" Brooke asked as she was helping Nate out of the car.

"Yeah... Yeah, fine. Here let me help." I went over to help too.

👣...👣...👣

"So... Are you going to explain to everyone?"

Brooke and I were sat on her sofa. Nate was resting upstairs on the bed. We were talking about being back and I explained to her in detail about what happened.

"I don't know... It's difficult." I hesitated.

"They will understand. They love you." She smiled.

"But... I took that Church class to those teens... What would they say... Imagine that..." I stuttered.

"Most of them have left already. Accept... Hum... Was a girl called Amber there?" She asked.

"Yeah... But Priest Richards won't understand..." I was telling her what he said and about the Church class.

"Gen, tryst me. It'll be okay... Fine, only tell them if they ask..." She proposed.

"Yeah. That'll work. I guess it's better than lying to them." I agreed.

"Come for a walk?" She asked.

"I really need to look after Nate..." I stayed sitting.

"No you don't. I'm fine. Look." Nate said walking in.

"Nate! You shouldn't be up!" I took his arm and sat him down.

"Gen! Look, I'm fine. I'm not going to try and run away or enter the Olympics or anything. Gah, just go for a walk." He said.

"But-"

"Thankyou Nate. Now come on. You sure you'll be fine?" She double checked.

"Perfect!" He smiled.

"You better be alive and well when I get back!" I said.

"Will do. Now go will you." He kissed my forehead and gave me a reassuring smile.

"Come on." Brooke said.

"Fine..." I turned back around as I closed the door. Nate winked, making me giggle. Gosh he's so adorable.

👣...👣...👣

We had walked the perimeter of the whole village. I wasn't trying to avoid people... But if only just gotten here and I didn't want people to judge me already.

"Imogen?!" I heard a shriek from behind me.

"Poppy?!" She ran yo to me and hugged me tight.

"What're y doing back here?" She asked.

"Well... It's a long story. I'll tell you later." I said to her.

"Alright. So how are you?" We started walking again.

"I'm good. Crazy times but I'm good." She laughed. "How are you?" I asked.

"Glad now your back. We need a girls night!" She said to me and Brooke.

"We should!" Brooke agreed.

"Where? When?" I asked.

"My house tomorrow night." She excitedly jumped up.

"Sure thing." Broke was just as excited.

"Brooke?" I pulled her to one side. "What about Nate?!" I asked quietly.

"Gen. He'll be fine. You need to stop worrying about him." She reassured me.

"Okay... I'll talk to him first." I said to her.

"Soooooo?" Poppy said.

"What time?" I asked smiling.

"Yaye! Um... 8?" She asked.

"Perfect. We'll be there!" Brooke squealed.

"I have to get off. See you girls tomorrow!" Poppy hugged us both then hopped off.

👣...👣...👣

"Baby. Were back!" I sang through the house.

"In here." I heard him call back.

I closed the door behind us both and we walked into the living room. I saw Nate sat in the sofa, then someone sat with his back to me, facing Nate.

"Um... Nate?" I got his attention, then the guy turned around.

"Hey, Genny." Finch turned around. Wait-

"FINCH?!" I laughed and ran up to him. He engulfed me in a massive hug and span me around.

"I'm glad to see you too." He laughed as he set me back down.

"Brooke this is my idiot, Finch." I introduced them.

"Hey..." Brooke blushed slightly.

"Lovely to meet you." Finch awkwardly shook her hand.

"Well, what're you doing here?" I interrupted.

"Yeah... Um... Well, I got back and no one would tell me where you were so I tracked your phones." He smiled.

"You little shit!" I laughed.

"Sorry for bursting in here, by the way." He apologised.

"Don't be. I-it's fine." Brooke stuttered.

"So you staying around?" Nate asked Finch.

"Yeah, in the hotel down the road." He said.

"Good. We need to fill you in." Nate said smiling to me.
