Chapter 5

As we were driving back to the school, I took the opportunity, to check my twitter. As soon as I logged back on, all I saw on my timeline was:

"@hopegarcia can I be you?"

"@austinmahone I found her, where's my reward? @hopegarcia."

"@hopegarcia I envy you."

"@hopegarcia follow me back please."

Like what? Are these people on some type of medication? What are they talking about?

"Yo this is my songgggg." Yelled out Robert as he turned the radio up (lol that reminded me of U). "But first let me take a selfie." He sang along.

"Robert this song is so dumb, turn it off!" I tried yelling over the radio.

"Man Kath, don't kill my vibe!" Robert yelled back as he danced around in his seat. Luckily we were at a red light or else we would be dead.

"Well don't kill my brain cells, which is what this song is doing and I won't kill your vibe!" I argued back as I locked my phone and put it away.

"Kath you have brain cells?" Joked Cam.

"More than you." I joked as I turned around and gave him an evil grin.

"Ooooh bro she got you good." Howled AC.

"Why thank you." I smiled at him.

"BUT FIRST LET ME TAKE A SELFIE!!!" Robert practically yelled in my ear.

"Robert!!!!!!!!" I yelled at him as the light finally turned green. "I think you messed up my hearing! This song is over!" I said as I turned the radio down.

"I never thought I'd be so happy to see the school." Joked Cam. "I swear you guys fight like a married couple." He said as Robert parked his car.

"Right." Agreed AC. "You guys are meant for each other." He said as he and Cam got off the car.

"I'd kill him the day after our wedding." I laughed.

"Yeah right." Robert said as be unbuckled his seatbelt.

"Rob wait." I told him as I placed my hand on his knee. "Let's take a selfie." I laughed.

"Kath you know where your next class is?" asked Cam.

"Nope, I have History with Mr. Penn." I replied.

"So do I!" Rob said happily.

"I'll just walk with Rob then." I told Cam.

"Kay, I'll see you around then." Cam replied.

"Bye guys." I waved and smiled at them as they headed off into the building.

Robert smirked at me. "The song got to you, didn't it?" He asked once the guys were gone.

"I think it did." I joked as I opened the camera app. "You can scoot closer Rob, I don't bite." I laughed.

"Like that or closer?"

"Closer. Geez Rob am I that ugly that you don't wanna be near me?" I joked.

"I'm sorry." he laughed. "It's just that I don't know if me being that close made you uncomfortable." he admitted.

"Awh Rob." I cooed. "You're too adorable." I said as I pinched his cheeks.

"Touche." he winked at me. "Now let's take a selfie before the bell rings."

"Okay." I said as I positioned my phone in the normal selfie taking position. "Funny face." I said.

*bell rings*

"We should probably head to class." Robert told me.

"Yeah let's go." I agreed grabbing my bag.

History was history, which was boring. Mr. Penn is one of those teachers that really doesn't care what his students do. He told us to get into partners, read chapter 8 and complete the worksheet. And then he went back to his desk to eat his food. Fatass.

My partner was of course Robert.

"Let me see the selfies we took Kath." he told me.

"Kay." I said as I unlocked my phone and clicked on the photos app thing.

"Dang we look good." he said as I showed him the picture we took which was a selfie of us smiling.

"I like your smile Rob." I complemented him.

"Thanks." he replied as he was slightly blushing.

"Awh Rob, why you blushing?" I teased him.

"Well its not everyday that a pretty girl complements you." he replied with a smile.

"Rob, stop! Now you're making me blush!" I joked as I fanned my cheeks.

"Ha I wanna see the rest." he said as he rested his head on my shoulder.

"Ha omg, this one is my favorite." I laughed. It was a pictures of me and Rob doing silly faces. Rob had his chin on my shoulder with his tongue sticking out and I was making a kiss face at him.

"Ha that pictures is gold! We look flawless." he said as he removed his head off my shoulder and snapped his fingers making a z shape.

That of course made me burst out laughing and of course it made us get weird looks from the other students. "Rob omg you did not just do that." I said still laughing. "You're my best friend now." I said laughing into his shoulder. "Rob you smell good." I said as I rested my head on his shoulder and hugged his arm.

"Thanks, it's a new Cologne." he said. "Post that picture like now." he said shaking my arm.

"I'll post it on Instagram right now." I replied, getting my head off his shoulder.

"Hold up let me follow you on Instagram first, what's your user?"

"@hopegarcia my dude."

"Alright followed, mention me on it."

I nodded my head.

"Annd posted." I informed him.

"Cool. I'll go like it right now."

"Okay and comment something nice on it!" I joked.

"Awh Kath, the caption." he smiled as he hugged me from my neck and pulled me towards him.

I couldn't help but smile and hug him back.

"First day in Miami and I already grew to love this kid. #MyBestfriend @robertrene ♥"
