Chapter 9

*earlier*

Austin's POV

"Hey guys." I did our bro hug with them.

It's been awhile since I've hung out with AC and Zach so it was good seeing them.

"Hey man, we've missed you." AC said as we walked toward the couch.

"Yeah, it's been awhile." I agreed.

It has been awhile since we've actually hung out; the boys with their senior year of high school and me with my upcoming album.

"So what have you been you to Mahone?" questioned Zach.

"Working on the album, you know same as always." I replied.

"How many songs you got so far?" AC asked.

"So far Mmm Yeah and I've been working with Red One a lot lately."

"Bro I'm not going to lie, I'm excited for this album." Zach laughed.

"Ha so am I." I smiled.

"What's this?" AC pointed to my music journal on the couch. "Are you writing a song?"

"Yeah kinda." I scratched the back of my neck. "I put that verse together in like a couple of minutes, so it might be lame or something."

"I'll be the judge of that." AC said. "Tell me why I'm trippin'

Still thinking 'bout the way you move?

"It's pretty good Austin." AC said.

"So who's this girl?" Zach smirked at me.

"It's no one." I lied. "Its just a song."

Okay I'll admit it, the song was about Katherine. After mom left I couldn't get my mind off of her, so I decided to write down what I felt. And it turned into a lyric which turned into a verse which is going to turn into a song.

"Sure whatever Ameezy, we'll find out, right AC." Zach gave AC a nudge.

"Yup we're going to find this girl Ameeze, don't you worry." winked AC.

"I don't know what you guys are talking about, there's no girl, it's just a song." I lied again. "Anyways, where's Rob and Cam?" I said hoping to change the conversation.

"Cam is with Alysa tonight and Rob is busy tonight." Zach said putting air quotations around busy.

"But Rob's never busy." I laughed.

"I'm pretty sure he's with the new girl from school." AC smirked.

"So you're telling me Rob is with a girl right now?" I asked quite surprised.

"I'm pretty sure he is, they were inseparable today."

"Attached to the hip." AC added.

"Is she hot or not?" I asked.

"Ameezy this chick is a full on dime." Zach said.

"And she's hanging out with our Rob? Like our friend Robert Rene Villanueva?"

Not to be rude but Rob was the last person I would have expected to get a girl, mostly if she was as hot as they said.

"Yeah, that same one." AC nodded.

"What's her name?" I questioned.

"Her name is-"

AC was interrupted by my phone ringing.

"Hello?" I answered my phone.

"Austin!" I heard a high pitched voice coming from the other line.

Camila.

"Hey Camila." I said trying to sound interested and happy that she called.

"Yo Austin, we're going to go shoot some hoops, later." Zach informed me.

"I'll be there in a bit." I made sure she heard me. Don't get me wrong, Camila is a cool girl and everything but having her up your ass 24/7 is kind of annoying. Yes we've been spotted together a lot but it's all just a big publicity stunt, you know two upcoming artists dating, that's what the public likes to see. That gets people's attention, I don't even know why I went along with that. At first it was all like 'Yeah let's pretend we like each other' but now I think Camila has developed real feelings for me. But the truth is, I don't want a thing with her, I just think of us as friends.

"You busy?" Camila asked sounding disappointed.

"No, but Zach and AC came over to hang out and yeah." I nervously chuckled.

'Please get the hint, please get the hint.' I said in my head.

"Oh then I'll let you go then."

'Yesssss!' I mentally celebrated.

"Alright bye." I quickly hung up.

'The mess I got myself in.' I shook my head.

I know it's been like the longest time since I've updated so I'm doing it now lol. Sorry it's short and kind of boring, it'll start getting better I promise!

So The Secret is out Tuesday!!! Holy I'm not mentally prepared for this tbh, our little secret is releasing an EP excuse me while I go drown in my own tears. And supposedly we get another album in like November!!! Yasss, that album better have the song with Justin on it or I'm sueing lmao.

So can we talk about the All I Ever Need music video?!? That video had me like legit bawling my eyes out. The fact that he dedicated that video/song to us just like melted my heart. Like has your idol ever dedicated a music video to you? No bitch I don't think so! Omg and the bae Rob made like a cameo appearance, like when I saw him, my heart even melted even more. And if that wasn't enough, in the video he handed Austin a VIP pass to his first headlining tour. That part made me cry even harder because that shows that our baby made it, he's living his dream because of us. I swear the relationship Austin and his Mahomies have is unbreakable, I'm so glad to be part of this amazing family❤
