He's 18.

Our boy is finally 18, he's legal now. I still can't process the fact that our boy is a man now. Like where has time gone? I still remember when AwesomenessTV posted the episode of Mahomie Madness when it was Austin's 17th birthday. That year he got a really cool cake, it was a TrunkFit cake (or whatever the clothing brand is called lol). I still remember watching the video when it first came out.

Now a year later I'm seeing all these Instagram pictures of his birthday dinner with his friends and family. This morning I was laying in bed, thinking about how it was Austins birthday today and my sister was listening to Pandora and Mmm Yeah came on and I lost it, idk why but him turning 18 hit me real hard.

It's bitter sweet I guess. I'm happy that he's growing up to be a very successful young man but at the same time, I want him to stay 14 forever. Now that he's going on his 2nd tour, he's not our little secret anymore. I remember when I was like in 7th or 8th grade, I use to talk about him with my other friends and they would ask who he was. Now when my friends look at my home screen on my phone (which is a picture of Austin) they instantly recognize him.

Honestly, I miss those days. But that's a reminder to me because I remember that our boy made it. His dream was to go on tour and sing his own songs in front of people that adore him. And remember when he would tweet Justin saying that he loves him and how he wanted to do a song with him? Look at him now, he's doing a song with his idol and he's going on tour, his dreams are coming true.

Happy Birthday to the world's best idol, thank you Austin for being there when I was ready to break, thank you so much. I know that you aren't with me physically or know that I exist, but I'll always have you in my heart. Happy 18th Birthday Ameezy, I love you more than words can explain.
