~ Josh's POV ~

I didn't think it mattered. I didn't think it would affect anything. Yeah, well I was wrong. Majorly and hugely wrong.

----------

My phone started blaring an excruciatingly loud sound. Last night, to my surprise, they actually gave me some sleep. I didn't realise how much I actually missed it until now. The one day I truly get sleep, I have a plane to catch.

I slapped my fingers over my phone, an attempt to somehow get the snooze button. It didn't work so I pressed the volume button. The noise stopped coming out of my phone and I sluggishly closed my eyes again.

"Josh," My door slammed open loudly. Jordan marched in.

"Jordan shhh," I begged, yanking the covers over my face.

"We have to go soon so get up, come on," He slowly pulled the covers off me

"Five more minutes," I hissed at him, jerking the covers back over my body

"Don't make me do it," Jordan crossed his arms

"Do what?" Before I could finish, Jordan yanked my arm and dragged me off the bed. I fell to the ground with a thud. Ow.

"Jordan,"

"You asked for it," He simply stated as he fixed the bed.

"Fine. I'm up now, happy Mr. Bossy?" I asked, getting up and grabbing my clothes from last night.

"I'm gonna grab a bite, mom is awake because she insisted on giving us a lift to the airport."

"I want cereal, so just get out the Reese's Puffs." I said, throwing my sweats at him indicating he should leave unless he wanted to see me strip right down.

I got dressed hastily and grabbed my phone and suitcase. I sprinted downstairs, my case almost tumbling. I left it at the door and headed into the kitchen. Jordan was silently eating his Reese's Puffs as I sat down next to him.

"Josh, darling, morning," My mom handed me a bowl of cereal.

"Morning mom,"

"Oh Josh, just as you've come back you're leaving again," She sighed sadly

"I know I'm sorry. I promise I'll be hanging around more often," I thought of Xena and Jenna. I lived away from Tyler too, it was probably hard on him.

"Where have you been lately?" My mom asked

"Well I made new friends,"

"You have friends?" Jordan joked as he shoved his empty cereal bowl in front of him.

"More than you," I scoffed.

"Wow Josh. Original much?"

"Boys, come on,"

"Sorry mom," Jordan sucked up to mom so easily.

"Momma's boy," I said through a mouthful of cereal.

"You are just as much as I am," He shot back.

"I'm flattered," Mom laughed as she took Jordan's bowl up to the kitchen sink.
