~ 3rd Person POV ~

"Jenna? Tyler?" Josh was frantically searching for the pair "Jenna? Tyler? Guys?"

"Hey Josh," Jenna was a little bit better but still quite intoxicated.

"Yes Jishwa?" Tyler was laughing and looking at him with big puppy dog eyes.

"I saw Xena with someone else and she was yelling my name and they dragged her away and and," His breathing was starting to quicken; it was all sinking in.

"What?" Jenna's bubbly drunk attitude immediately melted away.

"I don't know. I saw them go down the street I think I saw them about five minutes ago. I've been looking for you guys everywhere," He tried to recall what he'd seen out the window. He was talking to Pete when he heard his name being called faintly and he saw her red hair glint in the moonlight. He knew it had to be her.

"He didn't!" Jenna garbled angrily, stumbling to the doorway.

"Who?" Josh asked, concern flooding his voice.

"I'll explain later! We have to find her!" Jenna staggered out the entrance and almost fell off the step, Tyler and Josh following closely behind.

"Me and Tyler go that way, you go that way," Jenna pointed her finger to the right

"Okay, I'll call if I find her!" Josh briskly walked down the street.

His pace quickened to a jog. He was internally kicking himself for not sprinting out the door and catching her the second he heard his name. He didn't know why he didn't do that, and it was creating a mountain of guilt inside of him. He just panicked, so his first instinct was to get Tyler and Jenna. He had no clue what was going on, but it was evident Xena was in some sort of danger.

It's your fault Josh.

Why didn't you go after her?

I panicked!

The girl's pathetic anyway

ALL YOUR FAULT!

He jogged to the park and stopped at the path. Tears started rolling down his cheeks and he was struggling to breathe. He felt like his throat was closing up, so he gripped at his neck in an attempt to relieve the pressure. He knew that's not how anxiety attacks worked though.

He felt like his lungs diminished in size drastically as he gasped for breath. Josh's knees collapsed from underneath him and he fell to the concrete path in the park. Josh's knees stung badly from hitting the concrete so hard. He wheezed, his lungs being squeezed from inside his chest and his heart thumping faster than a race car to compensate for the lack of oxygen.

He knew this wasn't the best time but he couldn't stop it. He felt like it was all his fault. Xena could be anywhere by now. Josh was struggling to see in front of him, his limbs were shaking uncontrollably. The light from the lamp posts began to blur together and his eyes struggled to make out objects in front of him.

Come on Josh! Fight this.

He told himself to breathe. Deep down into his diaphragm and as far in as he could take air. Josh told himself he needed to breathe in as bottomlessly as he could, no matter how small his lungs felt.
