Chapter 33- Cards are way cooler
I hopped on Uncle Joel's back and we continued.
" Huh," I said, as I saw a chess board on a booth. " Didn't know you played."
" Unlike some of us, I know basic things," Bill said, as we caught up to him.
" Do you know how to play?" Ellie asked me.
" No," I told her as I fixed my pony-tail one-handed. " Hell, cards are WAY cooler."
" Cards?"
" Card games. Like Uno."
" Do you have it?"
" Use to."
" How do you play?"
" How exactly are we going to get there?" Uncle Joel asked Bill.
" We have to cross into the next building."
I got a chance to rest my ankle when we stopped at one of Bill's safehouses.
It only took us 3 days to get a working car, and we were out of there.
Note: Bill's a pain in the ass.
