I came home to find both Evan and Austin in my apartment. They looked a little upset so immediately I knew something was off.

"What's wrong with Alan? Is he okay?" I asked feeling my blood run cold and the room started spinning. Austin came over and steadied me then walked me to the couch. They stayed silent until I got my breathing in check. Evan cleared her throat but before she spoke she reached over and put her hand on mine.

"Alan left to go talk to Aaron and Phil and Tino," She said looking at me to register that I was not going to go into a frenzy.

"And? And?" I asked starting to hyperventilate.

"Angel you have to calm down this is not good for the baby," Austin reminded me. I took one last deep breath to calm myself and gripped onto the couch.

"He was on the highway and a semi truck carrying a house tipped over. His car was near it and it was a bad crash. He wasn't crushed but it's still looking bad," Evan said slowly. My whole world stopped as she kept talking. My hearing went first and then my vision. The next thing I remember was Austin's soothing voice lulling me back to consciousness.

"Why, Why didn't they call me?" I asked. Fully remembering the conversation that brought all this on.

"They couldn't reach you Ang! Where were you?" Evan asked calmly still gripping my hand tight.

"I was. I was at the prison. I made a deal with Michael. He said that if I kept visiting he would stop his attacks," I said shakily.

"Okay well come on get up i'll make you some food," Austin said.

"NO TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL!" I screamed and jumped up grabbing my purse and keys.

"I'll drive then. You can't drive like this and you have to calm down okay. You're going to hurt the baby!" Evan said. Austin ushered us to the car.

"Okay, Angel listen to me. To get to the hospital we have to go by the crash sight and I don't know how bad it is okay. No matter what you see you have to stay calm," Austin said climbing into the backseat with me. Evan drove swiftly and carefully down the road.

"Do Aaron and Phil and Tino know about this?" I asked. Austin nodded and I dug out my phone. I dialed Aaron's number and waited for a response.

"Hey it's Aaron Pauley and I can't get to the phone right now but leave your name and number and I will definitely call you back," Aarons voicemail came on. I sighed.

"Aaron call me back NOW!" I said and hung up. I tried Phil and Tino too but they didn't answer and finally I gave up. I'm sure they weren't paying attention if they were at the hospital waiting for answers. They may have not even grabbed there phones. We slowly rolled up on the crash sight and it was like something out of a nightmare. The semi trick and the cars were still here. I could easily pick out Alan's. The silver hood was scorched with past flame marks and the front end was completely crushed. I saw where they ripped apart the door to get at him. It was like having an out of body experience. I almost felt like I was just seeing another bad accident on the news, like I was in denial or something. I felt Austin wrap me in a hug and soon my vision was cut and I cried. It was like it all came back to me. Like i was being told for the first time what happened. If only i had been home. If only i had stalled him from leaving. Evan picked up speed and soon enough we were at the hospital. I didn't even wait for Evan to fully get the car stopped before I ran out and into the lobby. Aaron was there at the front door and he immediately embraced me and walked me back to where the OR doors were. Phil and Tino stood up and hugged me too.

"He's in surgery now and the doctors say that he will recover," Phil quietly informed me. I was still in tears from seeing the crash sight earlier and Evan and Austin were trying to hold back their own. A nurse came over and waited for the boys to let me go.

"Angel. You're friend here said you are pregnant and that you passed out earlier is that true?" The nurse asked with a sympathetic look on her face. I hated when nurses did that. Even when i saw it in the movies. It was all just part of her job and I'm sure she's seen this enough times that it just gets old. I wanted to slap her with all of my being but it wasn't her fault. None of this was her fault.

"Yes that's true why?" I said constantly looking back at the double doors.

"We just want to do an ultra sound. It is on the house but we want to make sure you're baby is alright," The nurse said.

"No. I am not moving until I hear about my fiancé," I said backing up into Aaron who wrapped protective arms around me.

"We can do it right here. I'll just grab the equipment okay?" The nurse said holding her hands out in a defensive tone.  I knew Evan was just trying to help but I wasn't seriously going to leave before I knew that Alan was okay. The nurse i had previously spoke with and a new one walked over and set up the equipment and had me sit down.

"Aaron did you see him come in?" I asked as the cold jelly hit my stomach.

"Yes," He said somberly.

"What did he look like?" I asked trying to focus on anything but the possibility that i could lose my future husband and baby all at the same time.

"He looked pretty ruffed up. One of his legs was bruised but he otherwise was okay. He just had some internal bleeding," Aaron said.

"But it can be fixed," Tino said. I took a deep breath and the nurse smiled.

"The baby is fine but you have to keep your stress levels down. Maybe you should just go home. I'm sure your friends would call you," The nurse said.

"If your future was laid out on an operating table to where you couldn't get to him would you 'just go home?" I asked quietly. They both left without saying a word. Everyone stared at me somberly and I just took a deep breath and sat back. A million things were rushing through my head and all I could do was focus on my breathing and stare at the ground. I watched the time pass by as it got darker and darker. Numerous people tried to talk to me and I still remained silent. I couldn't help it. Evan and Austin took turns bringing me coffee and after four cups the doctor finally came out. It had been four hours since i got here and five since Alan was in surgery. I jumped up and ran to him.

"Is he okay?" I asked worry all over my face.
