Tyler's POV

Let me just start off by saying this, sitting in a car for 10 hours with people you barely know can bring you to a point of insanity. Lucky for me i was able to drive with Tom, Jay, Samuel, Jeffrey, and Joe.

They were fairly loud. Screaming with laughter every 5 minutes. I wasn't annoyed by it, just tired of listening to their laughs.

Joe turned and looked at me, "I heard you found your mate."

I nodded my head.

"Well you should feel lucky. My mate died when i was 15." He commented giving me a smile.

I never could understand how people can just smile through the pain.

"It was quiet painful. We had only talked for about 2 days and then tragedy stuck." He muttered, "She was really beautiful, dark brown hair and light green eyes."

"What happened to her" i asked.

"She fell in the river, a little beyond the pack house. I didn't know she couldn't swim. When i found her it was too late." He muttered, regret in his eyes. "Ive come to accept that i will never find someone like her, i will never love. I'll just wait till my next life to see her again. Hopefully shes waiting for me too."

I looked at him, "She is waiting for you."

He looked at me ad gave me a small smile, "Thank you."

Everyone around us continued to laugh and scream, except Joe. I could tell he was still hurting but he put on his best smile and soon joined in with them.

i really am lucky to have her.

Maybe it's time. Time to move on from Gram and my parents. I cant keep holding her back.

My chest stung with the idea of never knowing who ended their lives.

I couldn't do that.

Gram and my parents deserve justice and i will be the one to give it to them. I wont give up like Scarlett did, i wont runaway like Lizzy did.

I will avenge them, one way or another.
