{Misaki}
I awoke feeling disoriented and unwell. My head was pounding, and I was covered in cold sweat. I suspected that I might just be tired, but my condition was deteriorating rapidly. I decided not to tell anyone and proceeded to wash up and have breakfast alone after waking up late for school. This condition must be because I was tasked to heal Nobara who was battered from who knows where she got those injury.
"I feel sick," I murmured, letting out a heavy sigh. In the classroom, I spotted Mikan and the others, engaged in a spirited conversation.
They were talking about an upcoming event: an idol named Reo was scheduled to perform at the academy during the "event festival" on the third day.
"Who is Reo?" I inquired, catching the attention of the group.
"Misa-chan!" Mikan greeted, latching onto my arm. They eagerly explained that Reo, also known as Mouri Reo, was an Alice Academy graduate who had ventured into singing and acting. He was rumored to possess the Voice Pheromone Alice, making his albums incredibly popular. Reo was also renowned for his enchanting voice.
Inchou mentioned that Reo would have a secret medical examination at the hospital during his visit, but I couldn't muster much interest in the idol.
As I tried to concentrate on the conversation, I felt increasingly unwell. My body was trembling, my head was light, and I was drenched in a cold sweat. It was just my luck to fall ill on such an eventful day.
Inchou noticed my pale complexion and expressed his concern. "Are you okay, Misa-chan?"
" Yeah-- I think so. I need to see Naru sensei, see you later." I brushed it off with a shrug and an insincere smile, telling them that I needed to see Narumi-sensei.
Feeling queasy, I excused myself and made my way to the teacher's office. Knocking on the door, I entered and bowed to the occupants before approaching Narumi-sensei.
"Sensei, please help me. I'm feeling sick," I confessed, my voice shaky. I reached out to his table for support, my forehead clammy, and my condition worsening.
Narumi-sensei touched my forehead and sighed in response.
"You should have stayed in your room. You're running a fever again," he commented as he patted my head. With a gentle smile, he advised me to go to the hospital located near our building. My room was next to Natsume's, I learned from the sensei.
Before departing, he instructed me to press the red button next to my bed if I required assistance. However, I couldn't resist visiting Natsume first before resting yet my head was throbbing and kept feeling nauseous.
Knocking on Natsume's door, I was met with a startled expression when I entered his room.
"Why are you here?" he inquired, surprised to see me in my pajamas. I walked over and sat on his bed.
"I'm sick, just like you. I heard I have a mild fever," I informed him with a chuckle. He looked at me with a stern expression.
"You should rest," he advised.
I agreed, saying, "I know, and I will. But let me stay here for a while, okay?" I cast a glance at him, and he didn't oppose it. I took his silence as a tacit agreement to my request.
Permy Curly, Sumire, and Ruka-pyon eventually entered the room, and Permy Curly questioned my presence.
"Narumi-sensei brought me here since I have fever," I explained. I reclined on the bed, finding it spacious enough for both Natsume and me.
After Ruka and Permy left, I inquired about Natsume's well-being. He responded with a brief nod.
"I just need some rest, like you. You know how Persona also made me work," he sighed. With that, I rose to my feet, ready to leave.
