Chapter 24
Lily's POV
I didn't remember much because I blacked out. I tried getting up, but trying to get up hurt. My ribs were killing me and I felt my heads pounding. My hair felt like it was sucked by a vacuum. I lifted up my shirt revealing bandage wrapped around my lower torso. My left ankle was wrapped as well. Along with my right arm arm. The smell of the doctor's office and medicine filled my nose as I took a sniff of the air making me realize I was in the nurses office. Right beside me I saw was Noah. He must've felt my arm move because he jumped up.
"You're awake!" Noah exclaimed.
"How long was I out?" I asked.
"I don't know. Roughly about an hour or two," he answers.
He helped me get off the bed. I felt many eyes stair at me.
"Are you okay?" the little voice I recognize at Nick's.
I limp over to my brother, squatting to his level. I hug him tight and whisper in his ear. "Don't worry. I'll be fine."
I picked him up and held him with every bit of strength I had left in me. Right before me was my Grandmother, my friends, and Noah.
"We came here as fast as we could," my grandmother says. Nick begins to sleep. Lying his head onto my shoulder fast asleep.
"We literally had to drag you into the nursers office," Alexis gives a small chuckle.
Katy rocks back and forth, saying innocently, "We kinda bonked your head like a few times......sowwie.....?"
"No wonders my head hurts," I let out a laugh.
I got excused from school due to my injuries. Noah was able to skip as well. My friends started to hit me because I was leaving early, but once I started to wince they stopped. The advantages to being hurt. Woo!
Therefore, Noah and I were sitting on the couch of my house with my brother. My grandmother left, and we were stuck to stay with my brother. My leg was propped up onto a pillow on the coffee table that was moved into the center of the room.
"I'll be right back," Noah says. He kissed my cheek and left me with Nick. He was sitting in my lap.
"Why were you and GiGi fighting?" he asked. The worry in his voice had begin to make me worry.
"Don't need to worry. You don't need to know," I said.
"What if I WANT to know?" Nick raised his voice a bit. He never usually does that.
"I-I....I-I-I..." I stuttered.
Nick didn't bother to say anything except for cross his arms.
"It's GiGi," with my head down.
It's all I had to say really. There's nothing more to say about what happened. Yeah I got hurt pretty bad, but it's not like this wasn't the first time because it wasn't.
"That bitch!" Nick yells.
"Where the he-ck did you hear that word from," choosing my words carefully.
"Dad," Nick smiles. Not surprised. We let a laugh.
"Wait," I begin to say. Suddenly Noah enters the room with snacks and drinks. "Why do you hate her and say that she's a 'bitch'?"
"Her brother is in my class and he's my friend. Well technically he's GiGi 'stepbrother'," Nick says.
"I didn't know GiGi had divorced parents," Noah butts in.
"Everyone knows," Nick said.
Everyone was so silent. All you heard was the commercial going off.
I broke the silence with, "I was the first to know...."
"What do you mean?" Noah asked.
"Well," I exaggerated the "well".
"Well what?" Nick comes in.
"Well...." I look at them for a while.
What I'm about to say wasn't going to be okay.
"I used to be friends with GiGi......."

A/N: Apologizes if it seems like a short chapter. So yeah cliffhanger. Oh jeezus. I think i'm killing you people. I'm already killing my best friend with feels.
