Chapter 29
Lily's POV
Tomorrow was prom. Everyone was so excited. Everywhere I went people were whispering about it. I helped out decorate the gymnasium for prom with some of the freshmen after school.

Right now I was with Kiera, Katy, and Talia. I haven't seen Alexis in a while. Amy I don't even know.... Some of us haven't seen each other since about four weeks ago. Yeah I don't even know.

Anyhow, Kiera, Katy, Talia, Chrissy, and I were finishing up getting our dresses ready. I was going either Vans, Converse, or those Converse that look like flats.

"I absolutely love your dress!" Talia complimented. "I really want your dress!"

"What are you talking about?! I would kill just to get your dress," I admitted.

"Hahahahah....no," Talia sarcastically laughed to my confession.

"Really!" I exclaimed.

We all agreed that if our dates bailed on us that they'd get their asses whooped (depending on HOW they bailed on us) and we'd go together.

I have a real weird group of friends. I swear. We all need to go into a mental hospital. Haha.

"Have you talked to-" I cut Katy off.

Why is everyone asking the same damn question?!

"I told you that I haven't been talking to him not after what happened. I don't care if it's been a while now and I'm not completely over it. Oh frigging well. So what. No one cares anymore. Tomorrow is prom and that's all I want to worry about right now. I can't talk to him. I don't care if you guys try to convince me to get together with him again, I'm not!" I raised my voice a bit which I hardly even do.

All of my friends looked at me in shock.

We were putting all these things they we didn't want into a box and donated. Literally they all brought their whole wardrobe and well everything they owned.

This was because since we head to college soon. We all agreed to donate stuff we didn't want to any charity since we won't need it anymore. Today was the perfect day since we were all free and we didn't have anything better to do.

"I meant Cole..." Katy said minutes later.

My facial expression dropped. I did not realize that it was Cole.

My voice was quiet, but I just answered anyways.

"Yeah. He met my dad yesterday. He was okay with it, but after Cole left he kept asking about why Noah wasn't going and why he wasn't my date," my voice trailed off.

"Oh okay," Katy said.

"Yeah sorry about earlier," I apologized.

"It's okay. I know it's hard for you," Katy admitted.

"Thanks," I said.

"No problem," Katy replied.

Talia left about three hours after we they all came here which was at around 3 so she left about 6 o'clock. Kiera left half an hour after Talia did. So it was just Katy, Chrissy and I.
