When Hayley Winters goes to the Pandemonium for her best friend Clary's 18th birthday she doesn't expect to get thrown into the Shadow World again or to fall for a blue eyed shadowhunter who is constantly in a bad mood.

"Where is he?" I demand as we reach the white van that Raphael is standing in front of.
"He'll be back" Raphael assures, glancing in the direction that Simon ran
"You just let him go? You said you'd look after him!" Jace says, and I must say im surprised that Jace actually cares what happens to Simon
"I cant do that until he's ready" the vamp retorts as Clary huffs in frustration
"What does that even mean?!"
"It means he's where everybody goes when this happens" appeal replies ingnoring Clarys anger "his own personal hell"
"Oh that's just brilliant" i say
"I-i did this. I put him here." Clary says feeling guilty, i put my arm around her shoulders
"Technically it was me remember... we are going to tell him that it was my idea"
"He doesn't even remember it was you."vamp tells us "his first minutes - complete blank"
Clary looks at the ground and mumbles "but we have to tell him the truth... well the fake truth."
"'Nice we sign him in, he'll be walking, talking proof to the Clave the Camille broke the Accords" Raphael assures Clary, trying to make her feel better, it doesn't work but at least he tried "n fact, as the new leader of-"
"'Okay, stop it - just stop it! I dont care about your vampire politics!" Clary shouts, flinging her arms i take a step back not wanting to get hit "we have to find Simon"
"We will" Jace promise
"He's out there, he's alone,scared, he's hungry-" Clary Kees on mumbling unintelligible words
"Give me a call when he turns up. He'll need my help." He nods to us before walking away
"We've had just about enough of your help." Jace grunts when Raphael is still close enough to hear, Jace pulls out his phone and tells us he is getting reinforcements
"Alec i need you." Jace says into the phone "An attack" he replies to whatever Alec told him putting the phone on speaker , its actually Izzy speaking.
"Valentine created a Forsaken that went through the wards." She tells us
"That's not possible, Izzy. Nothing can get through the wards, they're warlock spelled. They defend against all downworlders." Jace argues, in disbelief about what we had just been told
"Not this one. It had seelie blood with angel properties. Jace, it went after Hodge and Alec."
"Are they okay?" I ask quickly worried about Alec
"They're banged up but they'll live. Hodge killed it, it was after-" Izzy informs us before CLary cuts her off mid sentence

"Say, ill be there as soon as I can." Jace says staring to run in the direction of the Institute, i look at Clary before we both start to follow him
"Stop!stop!" Clary calls out after running for a while
"Valentine attacked my home." Jace begins as Clary starts to catch up with us "Alec's injured, we gotta go"
"I cant" Clary huffs in frustration "you know i cant, Simons in danger."
"So what about Alec?" Jace says turning around to face her "its not safe out here, Clary"
"I'd you forget how i single - handedly battled a Shax demon o protect the Cup" Clary says cockily, wow i think to myself rolling my eyes, one demon,
-no, I didn't, i was just gonna say-" Jace starts but Clary counts him off, this is where i zone out i grab m phone from the back pocket of my jeans and start to play a game
"Fuck!!" I yell after about 10 minutes, i look up to see Jace and Clary pull away from a kiss "and this is my queue leave" i say continuing in the direction of the Institute.
When i walk into the Institute I walk straight up to Alec and let him pull me into a hug "are you okay" i ask looking up at him.
"I'm fine" he says and i frown "nothing a few runes couldn't fix"
"You should be more careful next time" i say leaning my head against his chest
"Where's Clary?"he asks me
"He looking for Simon... i wanted to come and see if you were okay before helping her find him" he nods his head at me and i stand on my tiptoes so i can press a kiss to his lips, he responds angling one hand in my hair and putting the other on my waist, i put my hands on his shoulders so that i dont lose my balance we stay like this until we are interrupted by someone clearing there throat. I turn to see Jace standing there, i pull away from Alec and take a couple of steps towards him.
"Do you now where Clary went?" I ask him
"She went to Luke"
"I'll see you two later" i tell them before leaving the building

Ive been with Luke, Simon and Clary for a while now while Luke tries to help Simon out with his current lets say condition
"Hold your arm out" Clary tells me and i jump having zoned out I didn't see her walk up to me. I do as she says and wince slightly when she starts to draw the rune on my arm.
"WHat does it do?" I ask her looking down at the rune that is know on my arm
"Stops you from being tacked by shadowhunter tracking the Clave heard that we have the Cup and they think that e're working with Valentine . We have to get somewhere secure. We'll go to Jade Wolf." She says looking down and smiling at the rune she has use drawn on my arm.
Luke shakes his head "the Clave knows your like family to me, theyll look there first."
I let out a long sigh "Simon" i say "we are going to see the one person who can help all three of us."
