"Finally lunch!" Lucy cheers as we line up for our food.

"Ugh, idiot brother alert" Cassidy groans

"You mean hot brother" Cass smirks

"I said what i meant" De states

"Hello sis" Toby says as he stands behind us with his group of idiots

"Toby" she nods

Cassidy has 3 Siblings. Megan is her eldest, she's 22, then April, who is 20, the same age as Melissa, and then Toby he's 18, And then her 16.

Cassidy is the only one in her family who really talks to Toby, the rest don't really put much effort into him.

"Hey Cass" he smirks

"Hey Toby" she smiles

"I see the gang is still the same" he chuckles "don't you guys get sick of my annoying sister?"

"No, De is fun, plus we knew each other since we were little, we could never get sick of each other" i say

"Relax Ace, i was just joking"

"Oh" i shrug.

"Oh by the way, mom wants me to tell you that you have to asscort me to the dance" Cassidy tells him

"Ugh why?" He groans

"Because i can't go guyless. But trust me, i rather dance with anyone but you" she rolls her eyes

"Wow, sissy got mean" he chuckles.

"Back of the line we need to get food" Emma shoves him away.

"I miss the little girls who didn't do anything but cry" he pouts as he tries to find another way for him and his boys to cut in the line.

We sit outside to eat across from this other group of girls.

2 blondes and two brunettes.

One of them my ex best friend.

"Um, why are those ugos over there glaring at us?" Cass asks, disgusted

"I don't know" Em says as she eats her salad

"They aren't ugly" Lu defends

"No they aren't, but they have a staring problem" De groans

(A.N... De is Cassidy's nickname. Lu, is for Lucy, Em, for Emma, Cass for Cassandra and Spence for Spencer)

"Hey!" Cass yells as she stands up

"Stop!" i say to her

"Didn't your mom ever teach you that staring is rude? Take a picture it will last longer"

"Sit down bitch, no one wants to stare at you" my ex bestie, Alison yells

"Oooooou!" everyone around says as they pull out their phones

"Cass!" We ca after her as she walks over to Alison's table.

"don't try to cover it. You keep looking over here glaring at us. Sorry that our lives are better then yours and feel the need to have to stare at us to be involved." Cassandra smirks

"Better then mine? ha!" Ali fake laughs "i didn't know being the school slut was living better life, but i guess we learn something new each day" she smirks and everyone gasps

"Bitch!" Cass yells before grabbing Ali by her hair and slamming her into the ground.

"Ali!" her girlfriends yell.

"Cass stop!" the girls and i yell as we try to get her away.

"Fuck off" the short brunette yells before aiming to punch Cass but missing and hitting Cassidy.

"My fucking nose, you ass!" De yells

"Hey!" Toby yells and everyone goes dead quiet.

"You ok?" he asks his sister as she hold her nose.

"Ya, it's just sore" she nods.

"Go sit down" he says to our group before turning to Allison and her friends.

"And you guys should know better then to engage in combat with them" he says to the other group.

"Well your sisters friend is a bitch" the one that everyone called Ali says

"Girl just sit down alright. Eat your food and calm down" he says.

Everyone gets back to what their doing as if the fight never happened.

"Unbelieveable, how did he do that?"

"He's Toby" Emma shrugs.

for some reason i find that hot.

"Hey, why did he call you Ace earlier?" Cass asks

I shrug "i don't know. It's just a nickname"

Soon the bell rings and it's back off to class.

Finally the days over. Not that I don't love school but I just want to be in the comfort of my bed.

"Spencer" i hear Melissa call, I look up and see her calling me over as the girls and i walk out of the school.

"Yea?"

"April, Megan and I are going to play tennis, mom and dad aren't home. Just wanted to tell you" she says

"Great so we'll have the place all to ourselves" Toby smirks as he puts his arm on my shoulder

"Oh go find a tree to climb" Cassidy laughs and he pouts

"Don't you have somewhere to be?" Megan asks, as she scrunches up her face at the sight of her brother

"No. But you do. Go play tennis now" toby shoo's them off

"Spence. stay in touch" Melissa says before walking off.

"ugh i hate them" Toby groans

"The feeling is mutual!" April yells back.

"So can we come over later to watch a movie?" Emma asks

"No. Spence has to help De and I study" Lucy groans

"I see you're still ms. Smartass" Toby smirks and i roll my eyes

"We can study and then the girls can come over for a movie around 7" i say

"Great see you then Ace" he winks as he walks off.

I know i'd get into shit if my parents saw him in my house but part of me is hoping he shows up.
