Chapter 47

(Damn I just realized how confusing I am, I didn't realize that I switched the date for Cassidy's wedding and Toby's wedding many times so let's just stick with this Cassidy's wedding is in 2 months and two weeks after it's Toby's wedding... sorry for the confusion)

"Hey beautiful" I smile when D enters the car.

"Hey gorgeous" she smiles when she kisses my cheek.

"Hi aunty D" Amber cheers

She turns to face Amber. "Hey cutie. How are you?"

"Good. Ready to try on dresses" she smiles and Cassidy chuckles "yeah we all are" before looking at Melissa "hey mel"

"Hey D. How are you?"

"Good thanks, you?"

"Great thanks" she smiles

I look at Cassidy, "I've gotta tell you something later" I whisper so only she can hear and she nods.

I haven't told anyone about Liam, well except toby, my sister and mom, so if Cassidy knows it's only from Toby. But i need to talk to my best friend about this.

"So. Are you excited?" I ask her

"Yeah, can't wait to see my girls in their dresses."

"Can't wait to try mine on."

"Well we picked the colours now we just gotta choose the style"

I nod remembering doing that with Cassidy a while back.

"To compliment your dress and to bring life to the party, the colours are gold and purple. Maid of honor wears purple, bridesmaid wear gold"

Cassidy nods.

"I still can't believe Melissa has to be your bridesmaid"

"Melissa is more believable though. She's actually been like a sister to me. Meghan hasn't at all, she shouldn't be in my court, and April and I only got along occasionally."

"Yeah but you're veing forced to put her in"

"I Know. That's what happens when we have parents like ours, and you have a family you grew up with. Close or not, whatever girl or guy would have to be in your court... if Jason was still alive Toby' d have to make him his ushers"

"More understandable, Jason was friends with everyone. But i get your point"

"So no rush on you getting married" she jokes.

"My wedding won't be the traditional way we celebrate it. My father told me that a few years ago"

"What do you mean?" She asks me as we near the place.

"Well, some people are appalled by my actions at the age of 16 so they probably won't want to attend. Next thing was that I've engaged in sexual activities before marriage or at least before being engaged and thaybwas wrong"

"Puh-lease" Cassidy rolls her eyes "like he hasn't"

"Right!" I agree "I said that and he ignored me. So basically he said if I have a wedding it's only gonna be my close family and friends and my mans family and whoever which was that supposed to make me sad? I don't want millions of people that I don't know or only knew of me when i was  yay-high. I want family, and people that have always been there for me"

"I know" she smiles "you'll get that eventually"

"Ya mommy. Maybe soon. With Liam" Amber cheers.

Cassidy looks back at Amber and then looks at me smirking.

"Liam hmm? Who might that be?"

I blush as i pull up in the parking lot. "Oh would you lookie here, we're here"

"Saved for now" Cassidy chuckles and I laugh.

We all head inside to be treated by the whole bride's court and her mom.

I make my way around, greeting Meghan, April, and Mrs. Cavanaugh before heading over to Alison, Lucy, Emma and Cassandra.

"Ahh you guys excited?" I ask

"Totally" they all breathe.

I smile the biggest smile and then look to my left to see Hanna entering from where I'd assume the washroom is.

Ugh fuck I forgot she was here.

This is gonna be a long afternoon.

Considering this book was on hold for a few weeks I think that's a decent update (not really it's crappy and really short but im getting my muse back so i should be better by next week)
