Hello everyone! Before we begin with this chapter I would just like to explain to all of you something that might confuse you as you read this chapter and the following chapter. In Hunter x Hunter Killua's youngest sibling is said to have a nen power that comes from outside their known world. It is unexplainable and confusing. I will not say who the character(s) is/are but there is going to be a nen power from a new or old character that is supposedly also not from the Hunter x Hunter's known world. If many of you are confused about what is going on in the novel up to this point then I hope this chapter will help you better understand. If not then by the end of the book I'll have explained everything.

Also let me know if you prefer reading the story in third person or the way I'm doing it now in first person.

"Is it done?" the male voice on the other line of the phone asked.

"It had to be" I admitted which led the other person to sigh deeply.

"So how long does she have left?" the man asked, sounding pained and regretful. It amused me to a great extent to hear him this way.

"Maybe two or three days; she is pretty small after all." I answered, looking around me. It was dark out in the forest, with no visible lights from nearby towns or cities to be seen for miles. I had been wandering these woods for the past two days, waiting for this very phone call.

"Is she still with you?" the man asked.

I grinned bitterly, remembering what had happened. "No, she left" I answered, looking up at the moonless night sky that had rolled over the forest like a black drape freckled with very few white specks of light. The woods always looked different at night. Everything seemed colder and less alive. It was as if all the wildlife surrounding you became dormant and the only company that remained were the bright stars above you. With no living body anywhere near you, you felt alone.

Being alone is something I have gotten used to over the years. It did not affect me anymore like how it used to. Rejection, abandonment, loneliness, the feelings were bland and familiar. I can't say that they don't completely bother me but I know the feelings all too well to really let them sink in. Instead the feeling hits me and then rolls off like rain hitting an umbrella on a gloomy day. As a matter of fact, I found the forest at night to be one of my favourite places to be.

"You need to find her, then, bring her back here" the man mumbled, sounding hopeless and bitter. He drew me out of my thoughts, bringing me back to reality.

"Whatever you say Mr. Hano" I grinned.

"Goodbye Takeo"

I hung up.

I placed the phone back inside my pocket and looked up at the calm starry sky above. I relished the last few moments of peace that I had. Deep down I knew that I wouldn't be getting a moment like this for a long time.

"I'm sorry we took long," Mamoru scratched the back of his head, "We had to go pick up Aki" he mumbled the last part.

His attention drifted from me all the way to Illumi who sat beside me. I could almost instantly sense the tension between the two. My brother never liked Illumi for some reason and I never fully understood why.

"Who's Aki?" I asked, shifting on my seat.

My brother sighed, "Come into the kitchen and we'll explain everything to you" he said, before turning around and going back in from where he came from. As he left the room the door that led to the kitchen was now left completely wide open revealing a beautiful kitchen with a large dining table. Practically everything in the room was white; including the walls and floors.
