Song Of The Chapter: Let Her Go- Passenger
Conor's POV_
Her house was my first destination.
Her house has always been my first destination by the looks of it.
But you know Anastasia, the girl never gives up on her dancing.
My heart was beating on a higher rate than the speed of my car as I drove all the way to her class, hoping I would end up finding her there.
I honestly don't know how to feel, or what am I supposed to say when I finally get to her. But I know I needed to see her.
I know she was going to hide the fact that she's pregnant, I just know it.
I'm surprised that after everything I've been putting her through, she didn't even try exposing my playful ass once. Which is something I appreciate.
I mean, if anything, she could put this all over the internet, and I might end up getting ruined.
But if she hid it from me, she's going to hide it from anybody else.
I know Anastasia, and I know she would never do anything to hurt me.
While I... I've been causing her nothing but pain since the day I met her.
I finally got to the school, stopping my car in the nearest empty spot before quickly sliding out of my seat, setting the main enterance as my destination.
As I made my way across the street, fully faithful that I'll end up finding her here, I stumbled across a teenage girl, not older than fourteen, stopping my motion by calling out my name.
Of course, I had to stop.
No matter how much my interaction skills have dropped lately, I can't just ignore a fan, so stopping was the best choice to make.
"Hey!" She seemed so happy to see me, her smile saying everything before she even said them.
"Hi!" I smiled back quickly, keeping my eyes on the main entrance just in case Anastasia shows up.
"I'm a huge fan! Oh my god I've watched your videos for so long now!" She squealed, jumping as if her dream was coming true, while mine is slowly fading away.
"That's lovely!" I commented, nodding with a smile.
"Can I please have a picture?" She asked, pulling her phone out, with me leaning down in front of the camera, ready to get this over with.
Don't get me wrong, girls like her are the reason I do what I do.
I mean, the support I get is unbelievable, and surely so dear to my heart, but I just really need to talk to Anastasia at an urgent time like this.
After she finally snapped the selfie, I thought I was free to go, but of course, things always take a different turn for me.
"My best friend's a huge fan too, but she can't make it here anytime soon," she sighed, putting her phone down. "I was wondering if you could say hi?" She grinned, her eyelashes fluttering in pure hope.
"I'm kind of in a hurry." I answered, looking at the huge door frame one more time, sighing before looking back at the girl, who was ready to leave after the answer I gave her. "You know what?" I thought I needed to do something nice in return to their love, stopping her from leaving. "What's your friend called?" I asked.
"Leila." She answered, satisfied with my intentions, handing me back her phone.
"Hi Leila! It's Conor Maynard." I spoke to the camera, like I do almost everyday. "I just want to say a massive thank you for-" I spilled my usual lines, hoping it would make someone happy in the end, before my sight caught Anastasia's back with the corner of my eye, making me pause for a second, before forcing myself to look back at the camera. "Thank you for your constant support. Love you! Bye!" I finished off the shortest video I've made in a while, quickly handing the phone back to the girl who yelled a thank you as I ran down the street, hoping I could catch up with the girl I first came here to see.
