Song Of The Chapter: Golden- Zayn Malik

Anastasia's POV_

After my constant begging, and my childish smiles, I finally dragged Conor into hanging out with the rest of his friends for a bit longer, just so I could get some food for myself.

I mean, I haven't even eaten breakfast, and I could already feel my dizziness striking, because lack of food isn't exactly healthy for me... or anyone.

"That was the greatest pizza I've ever had." Caspar cleaned his face with his napkin as we walked out of Domino's, his smile wide, and his tummy full.

"You say that about literally every pizza you eat." Conor laughed, picking at his friend, his hand reaching out for the door to open it since he's the first in front of us, holding the door for all of us to exit, with me catching up behind the rest of the boys, my waist getting held by Conor's arm as we walked together out of this place, hopefully going directly back home by now.

Jack and Joe had parked their cars a few blocks away from the main street, so we had to walk our way there.

That wouldn't be much of a problem for us if it wasn't for the people that kept surrounding us... well, Conor and his friends, not me.

Funny how I forgot I'm walking through the open street with literally seven celebrities at once.

It sounds nice, but it feels pressuring, since we haven't even walked past the restaurant to get stopped by fans, which were multiplied after every girl spotted her favourite out of all of them, with me trying to keep on walking while they stop for a quick chat, and a nice picture.

I could've made my way back to Jack's car to simply wait for them there, because it's better if I don't draw much attention to myself through the small gathering, but I couldn't really do that.

I was starting to feel a bit nervous after Conor's hand fell off my waist so he could smile for pictures, and I was practically left on my own, contemplating on whether I should simply walk out or not.

My contemplation didn't last long, because soon enough, a camera was practically shoved against my face, which is something unexpected, because I'm not meant to be the center of any attention, but the person holding the camera wasn't exactly a fan as I assumed.

"Is it true that you have been dating Conor Maynard while he was still in a relationship with his ex?" The question was thrown straight at me, the flash of their camera blinding me where a blonde woman, not older than thirty, asked her question, a devilish smile on her face, as if she's ready to end me in place.

I didn't let a word leave my mouth, shifting my eyes back on Conor who has probably heard her question, and looked back at us.

"Excuse me?" I scuffed, stepping away from the camera that was only getting closer and closer to capture my nervousness, but I kept myself together, because I knew they're aiming on dragging me into the spotlight.

"What's going on?" Conor's hand moved to cover the lens of their camera, as a frown formed on his face the longer he looked at the blondey in front of him, standing between me and the camera as he spoke.

I thought it would be over by now, and that Conor would figure it all out since he knows how to bash the paparazzi gently, but as he spoke to the rude cameraman, my nightmare started to get worse by the second, where more and more people started surrounding us... surrounding me, with big professional cameras, as if I'm a small incapable deer getting attacked by thousands of lions at once, and I was fixed to place with everyone's questions getting thrown at me, expecting an answers to the questions I'm hearing all at once.
