"I'm not the one to complain, but, can't Appa fly any higher?" Sokka asked impatiently.

"I have an idea, why don't we get on your back and you can fly us to the North Pole?!" Aang asked angrily.

"I'd love to. Climb on everybody, Sokka's ready for takeoff," Sokka said mockingly.

"Look, we're all just a little tired and cranky because we've been flying for two days straight," Katara said.

"And for what?!" Iris exclaimed "We can't even find the Northern Water Tribe!" she protested until Appa got trapped between the spiky ice.

"Seems like they found us," Sokka said.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"The Northern Water Tribe!" Katara said excitedly.
It could be seen a huge icy wall. "We're finally here," Sokka said. Iris sat beside her brother on Appa's head and all of them looked at the wall with amazement. She'd never been in the Northern Water Tribe, but she knew it must have been a safe fortress to have survived a Hundred Year War.
The water benders that stood on a boat in front of them, opened a passage for them on the wall and they continued moving inside. The entire City was built with ice and covered with snow. Nothing but the monotone whiteness filled the sight. Iris huffed. She left the South Pole to get to the other.
"I can't believe how many water benders live up here!" Katara said excitedly looking around them where water benders used their bending to open their way through.
"We'll find a master to teach us, no problem," Aang said excitedly as well.
They were led to the Palace by a small boat. There was water everywhere and people around the bridges cheered and looked excitedly the Avatar, the Defender, their friends, and the strange creature that took them there, Appa. They had certainly never seen a bison before.
As they were sailing, another boat came from the different direction and passed right beside them. Sokka's attention wasn't drawn by the boat, but by the beautiful white-haired woman inside of it.
"This place is beautiful," Katara said.
"Yeah, she is," Sokka muttered jumping on Appa's tail trying to catch a last glimpse of the beautiful girl.
Night came quickly. The Chief made sure they'd throw a feast for the Avatar, the Defender and his daughter's sixteenth birthday.
"Tonight, we celebrate the arrival of our brother and sister of the Southern Tribe," Chief Arnook started glaring over at Sokka and Katara who were sitting together beside Aang and Iris. "...and they have brought with them, two, very special, two people who most of us believed, disappeared from the world until now, the Avatar and the Defender," he said and everyone started cheering their names.
Aang and Iris raised their hands to wave to the crowd while they clapped.
"...we also celebrate my daughter's sixteenth birthday, Princess Yue is now on marrying age," Chief Arnook finished letting his daughter sit on the table.
"Thank you, father, may the ocean and moon spirit watch over us these troubled time," Yuen said.
"Now, Master Pakku and his students will perform," Chief Arnook said.
