"Hey, you're taking s down for a reason?" Sokka asked noticing Appa covering some space between them and the ground. Aang didn't answer he seemed distracted.
"Are you okay, little brother?" Iris asked.
Aang didn't respond again. His eyes locked onto the trees some meters below them. "Aang, why are we going down!" Sokka exclaimed.
Aang finally snapped out of it and he turned and looked at Sokka's indifferent grin Iris who stood beside him on the saddle "What? I didn't even notice,"
"Are you noticing now!?"
"Is something wrong?" Katara asked stepping beside her brother and the air bender.
"I know this is gonna sound weird, but I think the swamp is... calling to me," Aang said surprised.
"Is it telling where are we gonna get something to eat?" Sokka asked receiving a smack on his shoulder by Iris.
"Stop thinking of food, this seems serious!" She said.
"What? I didn't say it wasn't serious," Sokka said innocently.
"I... I think it wants us to land there," Aang said unsurely.
"No offense to the swamp but, I don't see any land there to land on," Sokka said.
"I don't know. Bumi said to learn earth bending I would have to wait and listen, and now I'm actually hearing the earth. Do you want me to ignore it?" Aang asked.
"Yes," Sokka said.
"I don't know. There's something ominous about that place," Katara said.
"Ominous'? Guys, it's just a swamp, there's nothing creepy about it. Why don't we just get down there and see what Aang's talking about," Iris suggested indifferently.
"I don't know about Iris, but even Appa and Momo don't like it here," Sokka said.
"Okay, since everyone's feeling so strongly wrong about this, bye swamp," Aang said shaking the reins to make Appa fly higher. "Yip-Yip!"
"You better throw an extra 'yip'! We gotta move!" Sokka shouted as he saw a tornado coming towards them.
"Monkey Feathers!" Iris said angrily as she jumped in the middle of the saddle. Appa fell on the tornado not being able to outrun it and they started tossing in circles.
Iris tried to create an air ball around them. But she wasn't strong enough against a tornado and it dropped them in the swamp separated them from Appa and Momo.
The three teens and Iris crashed onto the ground. Only Aang and Iris fell softly in the swamp's water using their air bending. Sokka and Katara winced waking up wet from the water.
"Where's Appa and Momo?" Aang asked looking around him. He started jumping to branch after branch to get on top of the old tree trying to find them, but he saw nothing.
"Sokka you've got an elbow-leech," Katara said.
"Where, where?!" Sokka exclaimed frightfully.
"Where do you think?" Iris asked crossing her hands.
"Why do things keep attaching to me!?!" Sokka shouted taking the leech off his elbow.
Aang returned back landing close to his friends s Katara asked: "You couldn't find them?"
"No, and the tornado, it's just disappeared," Aang said looking around the place confusedly.
