Zuko, Aang and Iris had been training at the yard of the royal house on Ember Island. Zuko had offered to teach both air bending siblings one of the most advanced forms in fire bending and they repeated it for a couple of times. Katara and Toph where watching sitting at the steps around the yard.
When they finished practicing, they all quitted for a small break. Zuko took a towel and he wiped the sweat from his shirtless sinner.
"Doesn't it seem kind of weird that we're hiding from the Fire Lord in his own house?" Katara asked.
"I told you, my father hasn't come here since our family was actually happy, and that was a long time ago," Zuko said sitting at the dry fountain in the middle of the yard "It's the last place anyone would look for us,"
Iris sat beside him "Let's hope you're right,"
"You guys are not going to believe us!" Sokka said as he came running towards them with Suki following from behind. "There's a play about us,"
"We were just in town and we found this poster," Suki explained and Sokka opened the poster to the others.
Everyone walked towards them to see the poster. Aang's and Iris's figures were drawn between Sokka's and Katara's, and on top Zuko's eyes with the scar stood in the background.
"What?!" Iris asked crossing her legs still sitting beside Zuko.
"How's that possible?" Katara asked confusedly.
"Listen to this: 'The Boy in the Iceberg' is a new production from acclaimed from playwright Pu-on Tim, who scoured the globe gathering information on the Avatar and the Defender, from the icy South Pole to the heart of Ba Sing Se. His sources include: singing nomads, pirates, prisoners of war and a surprisingly knowledgeable merchant of cabbage..." Sokka explained reading the description and Suki continued for him.
"...brought to you by the critically acclaimed Ember Island players," Suki said.
Zuko made a sound of disgust "Ugh! My mother used to take us to see them. They butchered 'Love Amongst the Dragons' every year," Zuko said complainingly.
"I don't know it," Iris said shrugging.
"Sokka, do you really think it' a good idea to attend a play about ourselves?" Katara asked.
"It sounds stupid," Iris said grumpily.
"Exactly, a day in the theater, is the kind of wacky time-wasting nonsense I've been missing!" Sokka said excitedly...

They all knew that Sokka wouldn't stop until they would actually agree to go, so they did. They all went to the Island's theatre and they sat at a nosebleed section. Aang tried to sit between Iris and Katara but Zuko was quicker and he sat between the two girls.
"Hey, I wanted to sit there," Aang said hesitantly.
"Just, sit next to your sister, what's the big deal?" Zuko asked taking off his hood.
"I was just... I wanted to..." Aang tried to say and he finally retreated sitting next to Iris "...okay," he said sadly.
Iris elbowed Zuko "Jerk! He wanted to sit next to Katara," Iris whispered at Zuko.
Zuko shrugged "How was I supposed to know that?" Zuko asked whispering innocently.
"Why are we sitting in the nosebleed section, my fee can't see a thing from up here," Toph said complainingly.
