"Are you ready for the Fire Nation to know the Avatar and the Defender are alive?" Sokka asked.

"I'm ready,"

"...The Eclipse only lasts eight minutes and the Royal Palace is heavily guarded by fire benders, that's where we'll need the Eclipse's advantage the most..."

~*~

"Sokka, we're on our way to victory!" Bato said.

~*~

"I know I've made some bad choices, but today I'm gonna set things right," Zuko promised in front of his mother's image.

"Fire Lord Ozai, where are you?!"

Iris was willing to protect her brother with any way even if it meant to get imprisoned again by the Fire Nation.

If she was going to see Zuko, she was sure that she was going to kill him, if not him, Azula would be first kill. I promise that...

The fight continued. Iris flew towards the plaza tower with her glider. The fire benders shot her endless fire blasts but she avoided them maneuvering around the air with her glider. But she didn't the glider to fly so she took the glider off, closing it, and she used it to throw a huge air blast towards the soldiers drifting some of them to fall from the long heightened tower.

That done, she flew back on the battlefield helping the earth benders fight the Fire nation soldiers. Many of them attacked her but their skills were not enough to bring her down. Iris took out her sword leaving the staff down and she started fighting them hand in hand sometimes using earth bending with the sword.

One soldier came with a sword too and they started fighting. She dodged most of his worthless attacks and she collided her sword with his pausing the fight for short moments. The soldier was maniacally trying to hurt her and he succeeded at some point creating a cut on her cheek which started bleeding. Iris winced silently and she immediately buried the pointy side of her sword on the soil creating an earthly trap around him. While he couldn't move she cut his head with her sword.

She had to admit, she had kind of missed murdering people. Oh, shit, Chengyu would kill me!

She snapped out of and she ran back to the trains where she found Sokka, Bato and an earth bender looking at the plans.

She knelt along with them as Sokka asked "How are things going?"

"I believe we can handle it," Iris answered.

Sokka's gaze fell at his father and Katara helping him join them. "Dad!" Sokka exclaimed happily and he ran towards him with Iris following from behind. "You're on your feet again!"

Toph came as well taking a break from endless fighting.

"Thanks to your sister..." Hakoda answered as Katara helped him sit on a boulder. "...I'm in no shape to fight, but maybe there's some way I can help,"

Sokka sat on his knees saying "Everything's going smoothly and the Eclipse hasn't even kicked in yet. Let's hope our luck holds out," Hakoda said.

Katara made a step away looking at the Capital's direction confusedly.

"Katara, you seem distracted, is something wrong?" Hakoda asked.

"Yeah... is that... is that Aang?" Katara asked looking on the sky.
