Maybe I do believe it, all this 'meant to be' stuff. Why not believe it, really? Who doesn't want more romance in their life? Who doesn't want someone to wake up to holding her tight every morning, knowing they will never let go? Who doesn't want unexpected kisses and bear hugs in the middle of nowhere? Maybe it's just up to us to make it happen. To show up and be meant for each other."
Haley thought to herself as she stood in front of the mirror.
Her hair was in a braided updo. There were beautiful earring moving from her ears. An astonishing piece of necklace on her.
She ran her hands through her dress as she breathed heavily.
"Okay, its going to be okay", she tried to keep her calm.
Looking at the mirror, she could she a 5'8 girl wearing the most beautiful white dress she could ever imagine.
Brooke designed it. Of course it's amazing.
How did she grow up so fast? Is this even real. Or is it just a dream which will end at the start of dawn? Is she really getting married to the love of her life? Standing in front of the mirror, looking like the princess from the fairy tales, she thought,
"I am marrying my prince today"
Brooke swept in with claire and found a tearful Haley in the room.
"HALES!! Nooooo, you can't cry. Not today. I mean yeah it's your marriage and all that stuff but also you cannot ruin the makeup!!!", Brooke sighed.
"I am so sorry", haley smiled as she wept the tears away.
"At least hold it back till you say I Do to him", claire clarified with a chuckle.Brooke did Haley's makeup. She was so good, haley was reluctant to get some other makeup artist.
"Guys, thank you. For staying through it all. I don't know what I'd do without you", Haley said as grasped their hands in hers.
"Okay... you.. you don't say this stuff right now! I am gonna start sobbing and my makeup is gonna get ruined!, Brooke shouted.
Nathan came in to the room.
"Hey! You guys ready?"
"Yeah, just a min. Is Sam ready?", Brooke asked."More than ever", Nathan smiled.
"We'll be there. Five minutes", Brooke replied.Nathan came back to Sam's room.
"Okay, Haley is almost done. You should be ready too.", Nathan said walking into the room.
"Yeah I am. Is she okay", Sam looked back.
"What do you think?", Nathan asked."Well, I think she will be", Sam smiled.
"She will be. Trust me. I am so happy for you mate.", Nathan gave a pat on his shoulder.
"Thanks dude. I don't know what I'd do without you guys. Thanks for sticking with me"
Sam said as he cuffed his sleeve. He put on his bowtie and the suit. His hair was styled perfectly. That brunette hair never seemed better with a black suit and a white shirt. After all, you get married only once.
"Ready mate?", Luke asked.
"Ready", Sam stuttered.Sam walked out of the door and walked outside.
Afternoon, the sun was shining just behind the clouds. The ceremony was held in the Church garden that Haley's parents got married in. A beautiful aisle led to the stage. White chairs assembled at both sides. The design of the gardens revolved around a raised platform with steps. It was decorated with multiple shades of purple ribbons, a large set of purple flowers in the middle, two smaller sets on the sides, as well as circular lamps..
