I hadn't seen today's news yet. But I knew it was getting worse. We're going to have to do something about this quickly said Edward.

Sure Alice I will meet you in few said Edward as Alice took Adelyn's Ferrari and drove the car to the fastest to reach their house.

What does Alice and Addy say? asked Bella.

That's the problem. They can't see anything....... through we've made up our mind half a dozen times to check it out. They're starting to lose confidence. Alice feels like her vision is slipping away. Adelyn's may also fade I guess said Edward.

When they got to the house. They found Carlisle, Esme and Jasper watching the news intently though the sound was so low that it was unintelligible to Bella. Alice was perched on the bottom step of the grand staircase, her face with her hands and her expression was discouraged.

Emmett came from the kitchen and asked Hey, Edward. Ditching Bella? asked Emmett grinning.

A female reporter with a mic does a stand-up in front of pike place.

Police are baffled by the escalating murder and disappearance said the reporter.

Carlisle and jasper who watch with concern more.

Theories range from a vicious now gang to a widely active special killer said the reporter.

Adelyn came downstairs to the living room and sat next to Jasper. Jasper snakes his hand around Adelyn almost hugging her.

Jasper and Adelyn nods. Emmett rises with enthusiasm.

There haven't been any newborn armies in over century that I know of said Carlisle.

There is now and they've been created to fight someone said Jasper.

I'm concerned. We've never involved ourselves in this kind of thing before. It's not our business. We aren't the Volturi said Carlisle.

If we want to avoid th Volturi's involvement. We will have to destroy the newborns and we will have to do it very soon said Jasper.

Adelyn got up and started to pace back and forth and she finally said Does it occur to anyone else that the only possible threat in the area that would call for the creation of an army is us.

Jasper's eyes narrowed, Carlisle's and Edward's eyes shocked. Jasper gestured Adelyn to come and sit next to him. With a swift movement she sat in his lap.

Tanya's family is also near said Esme slowly unwilling to accept Adelyn's words.

The newborns aren't ravaging Anchorage, Esme. I think we have to consider the idea that we are the targets said Edward.

They're not coming after us said Alice.

Flickers, we can't see a clear picture when we try to see what's going on it changes so quickly like nothing concrete it's very irritating because it's not enough to make sense of it said Alice.

Someone changing their mind moving from course to another so quickly that we can't get a good view. It's very confusing and it affects mine so much. I can track that person but ends in a dead end not much to go on said Adelyn.
