***WARNING violence ahead***

Oliver and Jackson stood just outside of the building Argos and the rest of his gang occupied. Oliver and Jackson each had earpieces in to be able to communicate with the other members of the small group for the mission. They also wore masks that came over their noses to cover the bottom half of their faces. The glasses they wore helped enhance their vision in the dark and had special thermal scanning technology. Not knowing what would happen, they grasped each other's gloved hands and embraced for what might be the last time.

As Jackson got ready to enter the building, his arms raised; his right hand holding his gun came over his left wrist in which he held a knife. He looked one last time at Oliver and nodded his head before proceeding into the building. Oliver would stay behind until the first floor is cleared. Oliver would save his energy for the assassination of Argos Kendrick. He would still assist Jackson when it came down to it and would be his eyes in the back but his focus was Argos.

When they previously scoped the building out there was only one person at a desk in the far-right corner near the stairs and another room but, there should be about ten other Syndicate members in the other two rooms located on the first floor. Jackson would have to kill all of them before allowing Oliver to enter. In doing so, Jackson must make sure one of the members does not alert anyone else in the building.

"All clear," Jackson voiced over the earpiece for Oliver. Oliver moved in.

The first floor was cleared. The bodies would be taken care of later. They moved quickly to the stairs; if they used the elevator it would defeat the purpose of stealth. Dexter alerted them of the two-people patrolling on the second floor. At this point in the plan the twins decided to split up to take down the members quicker. Although, Oliver would have to expel some energy to take down the few members, he would do so in a way that saves the most energy. Jakobi would be giving him commands.

Dexter and Jakobi were their eyes outside of the building. Dexter had already hacked into the security system, in doing so he now had full command of the security cameras and other technological aspects of the building, including the generator, knowing a storm was coming.

Oliver entered the first room to his left while Jackson entered the first room to the right. Dexter already told them how many members were in each room and with the help of Brenden the twins knew what type of weapons they were yielding.

The storm was no sooner upon them causing the lights to flicker once. Then darkness.

Oliver quickly entered the room and took out the first member. He covered his mouth and proceeded to put the member in a choke hold, bringing him down to the ground, dead. He moved quietly along the wall making his way to his next target.

The lights flickered once more and in that split second the target locked eyes with Oliver when he tilted his head menacingly, then total darkness once more. Oliver covered the man's mouth and sunk his knife in the jugular, bringing him down as well, dead.

The advantage was in Oliver's favor since he could see in the dark and the other members could not. He noticed two of the members were standing closer together than when they originally were when he entered the room. This made it easier for Oliver. He quickly dragged two blades across one man's throat and proceeded to rotate his wrist to stab the other in the same spot as the second target. He starts to advance on the final target when the lights flicker once more. The pounding of the rain and the rumble of the thunder disguises his movements.

The final target realizes where he is and goes to advance but in that split-second darkness consumes the room once more, not even the flashes of lightning could help him. Oliver moves his position where he is against the back wall closest to the target.

The lights flicker for the final time of the target's life before he hears "Bye, bye" from Oliver. The blade dragging across his neck causing him to crumble to the ground in a heap of blood and lifelessness.

"That was lame," Oliver hears Jakobi say over the earpiece. Oliver could only smirk. Room One was complete. He repeats this over the microphone for Jackson. Oliver knew Jackson would take a bit longer due to the amount of people in the training room. Oliver knew he could not worry about Jackson now and moved to the next room. Dexter informed Oliver there would be seven members in this room. He took them down in the same manner as the first room.

He began moving towards the stairs that would lead him to Argos' office. Before he touched the first step he heard a scream that he knew too well. He went to turn around but Jakobi's commanding voice said, "He's fine, keep moving." He wanted to help his twin but knew they would only get more hurt if they didn't get this done as quickly as possible.

Dexter let Oliver know that he would be cutting communication to him and that only Jakobi would be able to communicate with him. Dexter had to focus on Jackson but Jakobi could handle Oliver. Jakobi led him to the trap door that would lead to a hallway with only two people guarding Argos' main office. If Oliver went all the way up the stairs he would find that there are a series of fake looking offices that would ultimately lead him to more harm. It was still dark in the building but the occasional flash of lightning made the building have some light. Considering these guards were protecting Argos, they would be trained very well. They would not be easy targets as the previous rooms, Oliver had to be careful with these ones.

Oliver had to save as much energy as possible, he wanted to fight Argos to the death. The guards would not see what was coming next.

Oliver carefully took out two knives that were skillfully crafted for throwing. He aimed at the closest guard and released the knife. It went flying through the air with ease and was soon embedded in the guard's forehead, knocking him against the wall, allowing the other guard to come into focus. Before the other guard could react, Oliver released the second knife and hit the guard in the chest. It didn't go as far as Oliver thought because the guard looked down and then looked back up in Oliver's direction. The guard ripped the knife out of his chest and started to advance. Oliver did not want Argos to be alerted so he would have to rely on his hands or his knife skills.

The guard was a little taller than Oliver's six-foot-two height and a bit more muscular. Oliver was not intimidated because he has fought with Timon in training before. Oliver was no longer standing in the entrance to the hallway and instead met the guard head on. The man threw the first punch to try to catch him off guard. Oliver knew this combination of moves, it was something everyone tried but it never worked on him. He saw the knife glistening in the man's own blood and saw the twitch of the man's arm before the knife was aimed for his stomach. Oliver parried the man's arm and used the momentum to twist the man's wrist. The man was caught off guard as Oliver tried to take the knife back into his own hands but the man had other plans. Using his other hand, the man grabbed the knife and stabbed Oliver in the side. Oliver winced at the pain yet he had to continue.

The man pulls the knife out of Oliver's side and goes to stab him in the throat but Oliver is no fool. He quickly brings his arm up to block but the knife slices though his clothes to his skin. The man grabs Oliver's hand he used to block to try to bring him down. The man still had the knife in his grasp and went to stab Oliver in the back of his neck but Oliver twists and grabs the man's hand with his right. Using the momentum of the man's hand Oliver stabs the man in the shoulder with the man's own hand. The man staggers back and Oliver pulls the knife out and drags it across the man's throat before any more damage could be done to him.

"You need to get Argos, now." Jakobi commanded to Oliver.

"I know that, I was a bit preoccupied," Oliver sassed with a huff.

Oliver walked to the only door in the hallway. As he barged his way through the door, a bullet grazed his hair. He could feel the heat of the metal of the bullet but wouldn't let that stop him.

Argos now knew he was in the room.
