Ch. 38

    "Y/n!" I yell leaping towards her.
  She looks up at me and gazes at Mark and Ace. She wiped her eyes, stood up, and hugged herself.
     "What happened to you?" I asked, looking at where the stitches were. They were all badly bruised, and big.

What the heck? How much strength did that weenier schnitzel brat patty-cake have?!
     Mark and Ace come closer, looking at the stitching.
     "Y/n...what happened to your arms?" Ace asked, his gentle voice shaking a bit.
     She looked at the floor,"When I was at jail with Mac for a few days, this girl came in a stabbed my arms. I had to go to the hospital and they got 'em all stitched up for me."
      She turned her gaze to us,"Cindy said Megan was abusing her and then she showed me her arms. She told me to show her mine so I did, feeling bad for her.
    I believed her! She then punched my stitches and left me here, feeling like a pile of trash. I think I'll be ok though. I'll just have to deal with it until when I get home."
    She starts to walk to the log, grabbing her steak and finishing it. Ace, Mark, and I take bites of our sandwiches until their all gone and we all head into the building.

Time skip

    "Bye y/n! Do you want us to walk home with you?" I shout to y/n when it was after school. Everyone was getting on buses, leaving all at once.
     "Nah I'm fine! Bye!" She shouts back, smiling and waving.
At least she's feeling better.
    My brothers and I start to walk home, leaving y/n to walk home alone.

(Your POV)

    I started walking home, making sure the group of sassy girls followed me. Looking behind me, I was right. I saw the two girls who threw me in the trash, along with Cindy and Megan. They were all following me, walking at a fast pace while giggling.
    I finally make it home and ring the door bell.
    "Look who's home!" Megan shouts, laughing her butt off along with the other girls.
     Toby opens the door and smiles at me, looking at the people behind me and frowning.
    "Oh dang." Cindy says, stoping the silence.
     Toby looks like he was about to explode. "Are t-these your new bullies?" He whispered to me, heat radiating from his body.
I quickly nod and he turns, letting me go into the house. He then goes outside and closes the door, I watch what happens through the window.
"Sooooo you are the girls who are b-bullying my y/n." He says with a smirk on his face. He had his mouth guard on but not his goggles.
"C-can I be your M-Megan?" Megan asked, drooling over Toby. I rage inside my head, my heartbeat quickening. Toby takes steps back,"Nope! I can't r-replace my precious y/n~" He hums in their ears.
"P-precious?! C-can't I be precious?" Cindy asked, the two girls were falling for Toby's looks. The dumpster throwing girls were staring at Toby in awe.
"You can be p-precious. But not to me. I already have a beautiful a-angel. But you girls are r-ruining her w-wonderful life by being m-miserable to her and I W-WOULD LIKE IT TO S-S-STOP!!" He shouts, making them cower and wince.
"O-of course! A-anything for a handsome m-man!" Megan shouts,"C'mon girls let's go!"
They all start to walk away while Toby watches them, walking back into the house and closing the door behind him.
"T-thanks Toby." I say, smiling and hugging him,"That was very nice of you to do that for me."
"Anything for you, angel." He lifts up my chin and pecks my lips softly,"let's go eat dinner."
We walk into the kitchen and smell chicken. Jeff and Laughing Jack were sitting at the dinner table waiting for us to arrive.
"Hey guys we got some chicken!" Lj shouts, digging in to eat.
"And we finished the steak, Doll." Jeff said, turning to me and smiling wider.
I smile back at him, sitting down at the table with Toby. "Thank you so much. I love you guys!" I smiled happily and started eating.

After the dinner I headed up into my room to do history homework and art homework.
After 2 hours of homework, it was already 9:00 pm. "Time really flies when your having fun..." I smile.
I take a quick shower and then change into my pajamas.
Quickly peeking downstairs, I see Jeff and Lj fast asleep on the couches and Toby heading for my room.
I guess we both sleep together now...but I don't mind. He's pretty cute.
I hop into bed, waiting for Toby to appear in the doorway.
He smiles at me, putting his mouthguard on my dresser and taking off his hoodie, along with his shirt.
"There's some shorts if you want to wear those to bed. They're kinda too big for me anyway." I say tiredly, rubbing my eyes and closing them.
I hear him take off a belt and then cloth against skin. After a few moments, I felt Toby get into the bed. I rolled over and looked at him, smiling.
"Thank you again, Toby. No one in this house has ever stood up for my bullies especially on the porch." I put a hand on his cheek.
He leans in until our foreheads are touching and he smiles at me,"No problem. I'd always help you no m-matter what."
We both hug, my arms feeling his bare chest as he holds me close.
After 10 minutes, I was still up and awake. I turn and look up at Toby, I'm pretty sure he's sleeping soundly.
"I love you so much Tobias Erin Rodgers." I say, snuggling into him more.
I feel him move a little,"No one has ever called me by my full name after I became a proxy..."
Oh shoot he heard me what's he ganna do? I start to sweat a little, when there was a long pause.
"I love you too y/n (m/n)
