"Y/n? Is that you?"

I turned around to look and see who the voice belonged to. I saw... a green beanie that covered their ears, green sweater, white jeans, brown boots, blue eyes, and blonde hair.
"Eh? BEN? What are you doing here?" I stood up in shock and disbelief- my mouth slightly parted. I could only think two words at this moment.

This moron.

I waved to Mark, Ace, and Mac for one last goodbye before grabbing BEN's wrist and dashing us both out of the mall in anger and confusion. He looked scared for all I cared. "Why are you in public!?" I said while walking to the mansion. It was pretty far from here but that gave me more time to yell at BEN.
"Why would you put yourself out here like this? Someone could expose you any time just by pulling off your hat! I know you can't hide your ears well and I can tell those are contacts AND you're wearing makeup."
I swipe a finger across his cheek and low and be hold, blood seeps through the cakey makeup.
"Ben! I can't belive you! What if it started to rain."
"Let me explain myself y/n! I had to find Toby because he ran out of the mansion and said he'd be back in a minute. He was gone for an hour! So Slenderman told Jeff to look for him but Jeff got lazy and said he'd pay me five dollars if I went and did it for him!" BEN raised his hands in front of his face, assuming I would hit him.
"BEN... I'm not going to hit you. But I will smack Jeff for telling a 12-year-old to go out by himself." I was mad at Jeff now. Why would he send someone so young outside into the world just to look for one creepypasta? Wait a second, Toby was gone for an hour?
"BEN, do you really believe Jeff's going to give you five dollars? You should've raised the price to fifty!"
The little elf boy looked at me in awe. "How would I do that? I want to get more money! Teach me y/n!"
"Alright, fine. So what you do is that next time this happens, and the person starts including money in it, you have to keep raising the price. For example, pretend you're Jeff. A lazy Jeff. Tell me what he said to you today."
BEN nodded, a little smile appearing on his face, "BEN, you want to know how to get five dollars? Just do my job for me alright?" It was funny how he said it- in his best Jeff voice.

Man, Jeff is going to get it when we get home. Sucking BEN into a trap like that- how dare he! BEN could've gotten kidnapped or something!

I imitate BEN's voice, "This is what you should say." I begin the lesson. "You first tell him, 'How about ten dollars? You have to raise it slowly so he doesn't reject you. Then he'll say either yes or no. If he says no, stop IMMEDIATELY and don't do it because that's what he gets. If he says yes, then you make the cutest face you can make and say, 'fifteen?' Then you keep raising it from there, alright?" I smile at BEN and give him an enthusiastic pat on the back like he was my child.
BEN forms a smile onto his face, jumping into the road- as we were walking along the sidewalk the whole time.
"BEN! Don't do that!" I pull him back with all my force. "A car could've ran you over!"
"But it didn't!" BEN's cheeks turned a light pink- it was getting pretty chilly outside. I turned to BEN, "We should hurry and get to the mansion." I laugh as I notice BEN shivering a little because of the slight breeze.

*Time Skip*

"Ah! We're finally here BEN!" I exclaim as we walk up to the mansion's front door. "What a lovely sight."

Indeed. What a lovely sight indeed. Broken windows with wood blocking them off, gruesome nails sticking out. Vines growing up the sides of the grey, dull mansion. Even the roof was starting the cave in a bit from old age since it's been here for a long time. But for me and Ben, Jeff, Toby, Slenderman, and all the others. It's what we call home.

I open the door and wait for BEN to go in first. "Oh, by the way y/n," BEN turned around to look at me. "Toby doesn't want you to go into his room- but you can go into it after dinner."
I nodded suspiciously, looking at the clock on the wall.

2:00 pm

Damn... why can't it be dinner already. That walk was long.

I start to wish that the walk was longer than it was and that I hung out with my friends more. I wonder what they must've thought when I recognized a 12-year-old all alone and then pulled him out of the mall. Maybe they thought we were siblings? Hell, whatever. They won't be weirded out. Oh wait, didn't I have something important to do?"

"Jeff!" I yell into the air, and immediately the crazed teenager comes running.
"Yes?" He salutes, appearing by my side at once. "This is what you get for sending BEN to go get Toby!" I smack him in the side of the head. Hard.
"OW!" He yelled and fell to the ground with his hands clenching his head. "WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!"
"Simply for letting a little boy out of the wild like that. Couldn't you have done it yourself?" I made a harsh tone at the end of my sentence.
"Y-Yes y/n! I-It won't happen again! I promise!" He bowed his head and quickly ran back into his room, where he belonged for the moment. As he ran back, I knew that I would die of boredom.

I guess I'll knock on Toby's door and see what he does.

I started walking up the old, freaky stairs that led into the old, dark hall. I took a step foreword, remembering the situation of when I first came here.
