"Whooo Manchester Arena!" Brad cheered as we all piled off the tour busses and into the underground area of tonight's venue.
This was the boys first show after a couple of days off, which we'd all spent mostly chilling out in the hotel rooms or on the bus playing video games.
It was like they all had recharged batteries they way everyone was so hyped and full of energy, giving each other piggy backs into the venue.
I was also pretty excited for tonight's show, as it would be the first one of the tour I could watch the show from the audience, instead of the side of the stage, seeing as I still had my original wow pit ticket. However the bottom of my stomach was filled with butterflies, knowing that two certain people also had tickets. Knowing her dad, who worked at the arena had go her backstage before also made me feel uneasy, but I tried my best to block out these feelings and focus on enjoying the show.
Up till now the tour had been the most fun I'd had in years. The Vamps and The Tide having gotten themselves in a prank war meant there was never a dull moment and you were always looking out for them, whether it was mayonnaise on door handles, knocking on the tour bus windows in the middle of the night or filling our bunks with confetti that was meant to be used in the cannons during the show.
I know what you're all probably wondering... who's in the lead? Well the answer is that the boys were currently drawing but I had a feeling that The Vamps were planning something big for the last nigh of tour in just over 10 days time.
"Ember, you finished day dreaming yet?" Levi chuckled, snapping me out of my daze as he slung his arm over my shoulder.
I was about to respond but instead just laughed lightly as I heard a voice shout "Hurry up lovebirds, we've got a sound check to do."
"Coming Nathaniel." I yelled back to my cousin, knowing he didn't like when someone called him by his full name.
For this I earned a glare but it only made Levi and me laugh more as we followed the others into the venue.
"Levi have you forgotten something?" Austin laughed as the boys were finishing getting ready for the show.
"Erm... nope don't think so." Levi replied as he got hold of his in-ears.
"You planning to play the show in your Squirtle socks?" Drew laughed, looking down at Levi's feet.
"Huh?" Levi asked confused as he looked don.
"Oh right." He then added.
I was sat on the small sofa next to where his shoes were so picked them up and tossed them over to him.
"Thanks Em" He smiled, putting them on.
"And by the way, there's nothing wrong with my Squirtle socks" I then said turning back to the others.
"If you say so Levi." Nate laughed.
"Nate you cant say anything, you wear Spiderman socks and you used to wear Peter Pan sock when you were 12." I said to my older cousin, whose cheeks began to turn a lovely red/ pink.
"No I didn't." He said as the others held back their laughs.
So he could argue back instead of saying it, I took out my phone and sent a message to Austin, Drew and Nate simply saying 'he did'.
This caused the three of them to have to hold back another laugh and Nate to shoot me a glare.
"15 minutes till stage lads." One of the crew member said as he stuck his head in the room a few minutes later.
