im gonna start putting songs up there because i love music and that's what my lifelong goal is, the songs wont have anything to do with the chapter unless i indicate it in the beginning. sweet, thanks, enjoy the chapter.

"jenna, it's too early for this," is all i heard with a giggle following and i opened an eye, across from me and josh, jenna was trying to crawl into tyler's lap. i could tell he was trying to be mad, but inside he was overflowing with joy as he pulled her into his lap and watched her curl up, arms wrapped around his neck as she fell asleep. once he was sure she was asleep he looked up at josh and i and smiled sheepishly.

i had my lap resting in josh's lap and he was running his fingers through my hair absentmindedly. "girls, am i right?" tyler joked and josh laughed then said, "hey, mine isn't too bad," and my heart skipped a beat. i blushed and buried my head in my hands. "y/n, don't cover your pretty face," and surely my face was as red as a tomato as Josh gently pulled my hands away from it. "awwww you made her blush Josh," tyler laughed and i flipped him off, which cause him to laugh harder. when jenna squirmed around on his lap he immediately covered his mouth with his hand and stopped laughing.

we all sighed collectively and josh put his hand back in my hair, and placed his other arm around my waist, pulling me in a little closer. i traced the exposed skin of his knee with a finger as i (theres a god damn fruit fly that's been buzzing around my computer for the past five minutes and i might go a little crazier than i already am if it doesn't get the fuck out) started drifting off to sleep.

in a matter of time, i was being shaken awake, "hey y/n, you have to get buckled up again, we're about to land," josh whispered as i blinked the sleep out of my eyes and slowly sat up. i resituated myself in my seat and leaned on his shoulder, linking my fingers with his. he ghosted a kiss to my cheek as we started to descend. "almost there," he whispered.

"mmm tyler, what time is it," i heard a groggy jenna say and i looked up to see her sitting with her legs crossed over tyler's. their relationship was everything and more that i hoped me and Josh's would come to be one day. "it's like 6:30 now sit up right before we get yelled at," tyler responded, eyeing a flight attendant that was approaching them. Jenna looked up and saw her coming up to them and quickly turned in her chair and giggled. (i cannot get over how much i love jenna, shes so fuckin cute like look at her)

after ten minutes the plan landed and taxied around the airport. i looked out the window and saw palm trees and the sun peeking up behind them. "this is amazing," i said under my breath and josh squeezed my hand, i turned my head back to him and i saw him smiling ear to ear. 'you like it?" he asked and i nodded letting my eyes flit between his and his lips. he leaned in and enveloped mine in a sweet, tender kiss, and i eagerly kissed back.

"ahem..." i heard and quickly pulled away from josh. i turned to face the noise and saw tyler and jenna standing next to their seats holding their luggage, arms linked together. "well, do you wanna get off the plane or not?" tyler said with a laugh and josh sighed and stood up, pulling me with him.

we collected our luggage from the overhead bins and followed the Joseph's out of the jet.

"my buddy owns a hotel down here, he's got two suites for us all set up, (GOD DAMN FRUIT FLY IS BACK and i got it hahaha) we can get a taxi down there" josh said as we walked through the busy airport we landed at. tyler and jenna walked to our left as we hurried out the door to the taxis. josh gestured for one and we debated about who would sit in the front of it for a good minute and the driver was visibly annoyed. "hey, kids i don't have all day. you with the sleeve," he said pointing at Josh, "get in the front." tyler laughed at him and opened the door for jenna and i to climb in as josh unlinked our fingers and jumped in the front seat.

"okay kids, where to," the driver said once we were settled, softening up quite a bit. "Hilton hotel on *enter street name here because i don't know florida so get over it*" josh said and the taxi driver nodded, put the taxi in drive, and pulled away from the curb.

ten minutes later we arrived at a big, fancy looking hotel. we all hauled out of the taxi, Josh paying for it and tyler tipping heftily. we reconvened at the entrance of the Hilton and strolled in. 

wow guys, last time i updated a few days ago i had 9.5k reads and now i have 11.3k which is INSANE. thank you all so much! i'll start on the next chapter tonight, i think i have this little section of the fic figured out, i really hope you like it, sorry this is shorter than normal, i think i may start making them a little shorter so i can update more often if you don't mind.
