Sarah POV-

I woke up, but my eyes were still sealed shut. Voices surrounded me. "She has a very low chance of staying awake for the next hour or so." I heard someone say. Great. "Ok, what about survival?" A male voice asked, sounding like Ross. "It's.. A fifty-fifty chance." The other voice said.

I heard Ross sigh. "But," the voice continued, "If she gets a blood doner, she will be out of here by today. And, she will be back to normal."

"How much blood does she need to get back to normal?" Ross asked. "Less than an ounce." The voice replied.

"Does the blood have to be the same type?"

"It.. Does not."

"Can I donate?"

"Sure, right this way."

Then I heard footsteps walk out the door. My eyes bolted open, and the room was empty. I can't believe Ross is going to donate less than an ounce of blood for me. He doesn't have to do this. Especially for me.

What happened while I was out? How long was I out? Did I lose blood?

All of those questions rang through my head, causing a headache. I rubbed my temples, then a knock on the door caused me to stop.

I looked as far as I could to see who it was, but that plan backfired. The person soon walked in, and I saw riker. I was happy to see one of my best friends. Then I saw Ashley follow behind him, and I grinned at the sight of her. I was so happy to see them.

"Hey, girly!" Ashley greeted me. I smiled. "Hey!" I replied weakly.

"How you feeling?" Riker asked. I shrugged my shoulders. "Eh, little better." I said, then I continued before anyone could say a word. "I have some news."

They looked at me worriedly. "W-what's wrong?" Ashley asked. "Ross is donating less than an ounce of blood to me, and I'm just.. Really worried." I said, feeling tears form in my eyes, I tried my best to shake them off.

Riker walked over to me, and sat in the seat next to my bed. He placed his hand on my arm, and moved his thumb in circles. "Listen," he said. "I know your in a rough time right now, but we know my brother has done something amazing for you, and he wouldn't do anything that's wrong."

I nodded my head at his words, then his eyes drifted to Ashley. "A-and we have some.. B-bad news." Ashley said, stumbling over her words. I looked at her, worriedly. "And that is..?" I asked, trying not to panic.

She took a deep breath, then said the news. "We saw Amanda outside the hospital today."
